Love the wine tasting at veritas, however we were having second thoughts on getting drinks here. The service deserves 1 star. Getting our tasting from the outside window, the server blew her nose in front of us, didn't bother washing her hands and handed our wine glasses with her hands over the rim of the glasses.
Very much was looking forward to visit the winery since a lot of people recommended it to us but I was sadly very disappointed...the winery is absolutely stunning and even in the pouring rain the beauty of the vineyard can't be hidden. However, the whole experience made me feel like a number in a big commercialized production of the place. I was looking forward to try their wine but tasting experience was far from great. They have preditermined flights and it's a huge...
We opted to order from the pickup area and sit in the few tables that are not reserved. There were many reserved tables so reservations may be best if you have a larger crowd. It was just 2 of us so it worked out. We had the almost BLT wrap and the hummus board. Both were great for a light lunch.
