ordered a white chocolate mocha Frappuccino and got a white chocolate creme Frappuccino instead. This has happened multiple times here.
The birthday cake pop (pink lollipop) was stale. DO NOT BUY!!

Awful coffee I don't think these are Starbucks trained baristas ! I ordered a decaf latte and it was watered down... maybe she didn't have decaf so she watered down a regular ?

Not much flavor!! On the food
Ophelia was very rude. had an attitude and didn’t understand how to make my coffee. I was being very polite and understanding because it is very early but she didn’t match my attitude. she kept huffing and puffing and not understanding what i meant. she got my entire order wrong and for some reason kept charging me more than it is. my coffee has never been more than $10 and i was confused why it was almost $15. i won’t be returning to this location at all. this is very upsetting.

It's no secret that starbucks is my go-to coffee spot, specifically because of the stars and occasional deals (BOGO Free!).
I'm not a fan of this location because they are just always busy and sometimes slow with making the drinks. Wait times are very long, so if I need to come here, I try to order on the app at least 10 minutes in advance and ordering extra hot. However, because they are so busy at times, sometimes, they do not have the order ahead option. This is located in a very busy Harris Teeter, so it gets crowded during the busy times.

The worst service i had ever in Starbucks.Looks like i am baggingI went 3 times in different day but same service i got.the lady she has no idea why she is there.I even call the manager and complained how they are handling customers .I don’t think it worksHe already knows they are not working.
This Starbucks is the most troubled Starbucks. The person who usually works in the morning doesn't seem to like being there. She doesn't treat the customers well or serve them properly. She is disrespectful and doesn't seem to know her job. Starbucks hiring this kind of person is damaging the Starbucks brand. As customers, we have already reported this to the store manager, James.
They need to train everyone with the right information. We can take any tumbler to get coffee it doesn’t have to be Starbucks tumbler. But a teenager who has no interest in her job simply told me no I told her to ask her colleagues. How stupid can you be if you get a job learn everything about that job. Teach the employees.

Very understaffed. The starbucks in South Riding is closed for renovations, so lots of people coming to this one. Taking 30 minutes to fulfill orders. Only one person making drinks. Recommend going somewhere else.
The barista doesn't even take orders in person because "instead of giving me the sandwich she could be making coffee for other people" (who ordered online). Wow.
This place is the worst! On average I have to wait 30-40 minutes for a drink. They never have enough staff. There is always a line in the morning. I placed my order at 8:02 and it is 8:37 and no drink. Seriously!

As some have probably stated before, this Starbucks has a lot of problems. 1. The drinks are never made consistently. 2. Some employees seem apathetic and seem like they do not want to be there (no smiles, or warm welcomes). Today i waited 20 min for my drink and another customer also complained they waited for 20 min and the order was incorrect. I wish Starbucks would open a stand alone in this shopping plaza but this one will be in business because of supply and demand. I also would like to add that upper level management could be more involved and not have only 1 or 2 employees working during the busiest times of the day (lunch hour, weekends, etc.)
