The young woman with red hair was superb in her attentiveness and service (she served my drinks perfectly). The Etihad Lounge was the most professional (and clean) lounge I’ve ever had the privilege to visit, and it is the honest reason why IAD is now my preferred D.C. airport.
Remodeled in early 2024 to double as a Chase Sapphire lounge, it has a modern interior and made to order food and cocktails delivered to your seat. It is worth the walk to the end of the A gates.

The lounge is very clean, has a fancy look, and staff is very attentive and friendly!They have a small station with pre-made food but you can order food through the QR code on your table.
