First time at a Chase Sapphire Lounge and what a great experience :-)
Arrived for our evening departure out of IAD around 6pm. Conveniently located near gate A14, no wait at all. Friendly and welcoming front desk checked our boarding passes and lounge card. Complimentary ongoing access with Chase CSR as well Ritz Carlton cards. Priority Pass with limitations. Addl. guests for a fee ($75).

This is definitely one of the best lounges in the airport if you are not flying first class. While slightly smaller and can have an occasional wait, it is worth it compared to plenty of other options. The staff remains active to keep the food stocked and the environment clean. Always enjoy my time here.

Not the largest lounge, but one of the best. Obviously lounge access is a luxury and Eithad delivers. We had a restaurant quality dinner - grilled salmon, chile corn and salad. The lounge is almost overstaffed with cleanup occurring non stop. A comfortable setting, great food and drinks.
