The lounge has recently started playing music and making frequent announcements, and I really hope they reconsider this. The lounge is already very loud, with essentially no sound barriers or separation between seating areas. Adding background music and announcements on top of the existing conversations and noise makes it even louder and takes away from what should be a comfortable, relaxing lounge experience. Please stop the music and unnecessary announcements.
First time at a Chase Sapphire Lounge and what a great experience :-)
Arrived for our evening departure out of IAD around 6pm. Conveniently located near gate A14, no wait at all. Friendly and welcoming front desk checked our boarding passes and lounge card. Complimentary ongoing access with Chase CSR as well Ritz Carlton cards. Priority Pass with limitations. Addl. guests for a fee ($75).

This is definitely one of the best lounges in the airport if you are not flying first class. While slightly smaller and can have an occasional wait, it is worth it compared to plenty of other options. The staff remains active to keep the food stocked and the environment clean. Always enjoy my time here.
