I had a great experience for the 1 hour I spent here, every stuff member was warm and kind especially Marina who went above and beyond to welcome me and show me my way to my gate. Little things like this make the whole experience pleasant.
One of the best lounges you can enter with Priority Pass. Etihad is still Etihad, even when it comes to its lounges. It is not the biggest lounge, but definitely a decent size with all the necessary amenities. We even had the chance to enjoy a proper dinner before our flight. The only downside is that Priority Pass access is limited to once per year.
I have visited this lounge approximately a dozen times. Angie and Freya are consistently kind, attentive, and highly effective in ensuring that everyone seated at the bar is well cared for. Their service is a notable strength.
