The had a separate area for priority pass folks, but the bar and food options were predominantly in the main space. Very inconvenient to take the elevator for each trip. There were no seats at the bar and no drink list to speak of. Service was a bit formal and production- very little personal interaction.
I can’t say whether this was a one-off experience, as I’ve only visited this VIP lounge once. On that occasion, however, the lounge was practically empty, which made the experience very pleasant.

Unlike many other lounges that treat Priority Pass holders like an afterthought, the team at the Air France Lounge in IAD treats every guest with the exact same level of respect and genuine hospitality.
