Visited in September, travelling with Virgin Atlantic. Had an amazing experience- food was brilliant, and the servers were super friendly and helpful.
Incredible service from this Virgin Clubhouse. Maintenance of their standards of course, but above and beyond specifically with the Maryland crabcake special and wonderful attentive service from Angelica.
I notice a few of the reviews here talk about the daytime service unrelated to Virgin Atlantic and SkyTeam flights and it's not to be compared to the true Virgin experience provided by the team after 6pm.

Not bad but not great either. Unfortunately all the other lounges were full.

The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse is a spacious lounge with a great view of the tarmac and planes. The two-story lounge offers a small dining area and a similarly sized bar, with larger portion plates available for order. The lounge provides a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of outlets for charging and wheelchair accessibility. Staff members are friendly and accommodating, making the wait more comfortable. Although the menu is smaller, the quality and service are appreciated, and the lounge stays open until the last passenger boards, ensuring a relaxing experience before the flight.
The Clubhouse is part of the Priority Pass lounges, offering a quiet and exclusive space with private restrooms, seating, and a bar. Complimentary refreshments, such as chips, pretzels, fruits, and a selection of hot dishes, are available during meal times. However, some guests have found the complimentary food options to be limited and not very exciting. The lounge is often not crowded, making it a great option for those who need a place to rest or work. While the lounge may lack charging stations and larger seating areas for groups, the overall experience is appreciated by guests.
