Rachel and her team went above and beyond to provide my wife and I amazing service. We needed to leave our bags during a long layover so we could enjoy Historic Leesburg. Not only were they happy to help, once we arrived back at the lounge provided friendly service, good food, and well made cocktails. Rachel made our day.
As a priority pass lounge this is a perfectly fine place to wait, but don't expect the food and drink offerings of other lounges. Apart from snacks and appetizers food is paid. Similarly any drinks besides PBR or well cocktails are also paid. Showers are also $15, but that's a reasonable price in my opinion considering how little money they get per priority pass visitor. I notice a few of the reviews here talk about the daytime service unrelated to Virgin Atlantic and SkyTeam flights and it's not to be compared to the true Virgin experience provided by the team after 6pm.
