Quiet little Cafe near the Mt Vernon trail as it enteres into downtown Alexandria. Perfect stop for a ham n cheese croissant and Cafe mocha. There are breakfast sandwiches and deserts as well.
I stopped in to see the owner as I had checked the shop out recently and said I'd be back. Today I met her kind sons and enjoyed a large mocha with an extra espresso boost which was phenomenal and got blueberry cake, coffee cake, and a slice of carrot cake to enjoy. I enjoyed the quiet peaceful retreat atmosphere and did not hear music which I find non-essential. Excellent place to get away from it all should you enjoy. A safe haven.

Nice coffee shop. Convenient to get to and the espresso I had was good. Vibe looks relaxing but it was really dull inside. They should add a bit of soft music or something. It doesn’t give “welcome in and sit vibes”.
