There is no service. Not referring to customer service - there is just no service. It is possible that this store is being run only by teenagers.
Mid eating they demanded I go to the counter as they did not know what I ordered. When asked why do I need to go there mid eating and why can't they just come to the table and ask, the response was that I had asked for the cheque and they don't know what I ordered; so I had to get up from mid eating, walk up to the counter and clarify for them. I forgot her highness was doing me a favor for the food that I am paying for.
They wouldn't print out the receipt as according to the years of experience of this teenager at the counter it cannot be done. How foolish of me to ask. I insisted it doesn't sound right and asked to find a way to print it since I am now at the counter (note very important detail - mid meal) and need to see it. After some fiddle around she prints it and I paid and got out. Not a second more in this store.
About the food: Very subpar. Clearly most items I ordered were prepackaged frozen and tasted worse that airline food. The only thing that had some taste was the shortbread. The food is nothing fancy.
Pair the most ordinary frozen prepackaged food with outright rude service this place deserves a negative star. You will come out unhappy and it will ruin your day. So please find a dunkin donuts nearby and you will have a better experience.

To whom it may concern I visited the bakery today I walk in to an un pleasant moment, where the manager was screaming at her employees just because Spanish music was playing which to me seemed pretty resist and I would like HR to be involved that’s discrimination I asked the girl with the red short hair if she was okay because the manager was screaming right infront of me and the other clients that’s were there. I don’t personally think she if fit to be in a manager position I hope this is taking seriously and no one should be treated poorly.

Ordered a half sheet chocolate cake with mocha buttercream for a graduation party. Asked them to write Congratulations on the cake. I guess it’s my fault for not giving much more detailed instructions ( nobody asked). When I picked it up, I just had to shake my head because I’ve never seen an uglier plainer cake! Any store - bought cake would have been prettier. This $120+ cake was coffee-colored all over with coffee-colored edging, white inscription and no other decorations! They said they could add buttercream flowers for an additional $30. I just took it and crammed to make it more presentable my adding colorful flower-shaped cookies and edible pearls. The taste was just okay. This was a very disappointing experience for a popular pastry shop. I would have been embarrassed for that cake to come from my pastry shop.

I ordered a toasted italian sandwich only cheddar cheese capichola and salami. They gave me a cold half of the sandwich no cheese oil and oregano when I specifically asked for3 things to be in my sandwich

This place offers nice coffee and delicious pastries.On the weekends we love to come here for breakfast but sometimes it’s really busy and a little hard to get a table. The service is nice and the personnel here are very friendly.

Got a few items as it was my first time there and has always been curious about their selection. Nothing stands out, everything was mid at best. Croissants are not crispy as should be. Cheesecake crust was super hard and not crumbly as should be. Blueberry cream cheese cobbler bar was gummy (???) in texture.
