I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, even placing large orders for events like the Super Bowl. We have always recommended this spot to friends and family, which makes both my experience earlier this year and my sister 's visit a few weeks ago (the Saturday after Thanksgiving 2025) especially disappointing.

Earlier this year, my order was incorrect and I was charged twice. During my sister’s visit, she ordered crispy chicken with fries and a soda. When she poured a second cup of hot sauce — which is exactly what we were always allowed to do in the past — an older staff member (with a white beard) immediately began yelling at her. He did not wait to see if she would try to attempt to pour a third cup (or take extra sauce) before creating a scene, smh.

After this uncomfortable interaction, my sister calmly asked if she could grab her drink. She was fully aware that she had ordered a soda and was planning to take a soda. However, the moment she opened the fridge, the same staff member yelled from the register, that she could only take a soda and “not a more expensive drink,” even though that is exactly what she was already taking.

Listen, my sister has a successful career, runs her own business, and could easily afford any additional sauce or drink if needed. There was no reason for her to be treated as if she was being greedy or attempting to steal. The staff’s behavior was very rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. It is disappointing to see loyal customers treated this way, and I hope management seriously addresses this behavior and improves their customer service, smhhhh.

I will never buy from this one again!!! I was policed about Mumbo sauce that is on the counter for free. He told me the sauce is very expensive as if my food wasn’t. Do t worry ! Keep your Mumbo sauce and I’ll shop elsewhere

Food is good for the most part except for the garlic bread I ordered. It was covered in way too much seasoning to the point where you can barely eat it and squished to the thickness of cardboard (see pics). The owner has no clue how to work the system and got almost every single item in my order wrong and tries to act like it’s all your fault

I went to this place on Tuesday to get something to eat. I ordered two hibachi steak meals only for me to have waited 30 minutes for him to tell me that they did not have any rice. Mind blowing, he offered other things on the menu, but of course nothing of them equate to what I had ordered so I wanted my money back. only for them to steal my $28.30 and tell me that they could not refund my money because he did not know how to work the cash register at that point he contacted another associate to assist him with refunding me my money only for me to wait seven days and no money has been refunded to my account. These people are incompetent in thieves, and I would never spend my money there again. If I was you, I would run from this place run very fast.

I was genuinely surprised that this wing chain actually lived up to its name! This has been our go-to spot for many months. Try the hot lemon pepper wings, they're out of this world!
