I ordered a 10 piece of Buffalo Wings at 11:30 am and I waited until 12:45 pm for them to be ready. My food was just there sitting until I told the guy 2 times that if my food was ready he kept giving attitude, He gave me my food cold no ranch when I asked he charged me. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this exact location with the same employee. I don’t know how he’s still working there.

I have never been here before and thought I would give it a try. I ordered 15 Wings as a combo (with fries and drink) with 2 Bleu cheese cups 1 oz ea. @ $.49 each so it was almost $24. Upon getting back to my hotel and opening up the box, I noticed that the 2 sticks of celery was rubbery and pale yellowed as if they had frozen or were old. The wings were horribly tough and really dried out. They definitely had been pre prepared and then refried making them too hard to chew. I am sure of this because they served them up ready to go in about 10 mins . I should have known better anyway, when I was waiting and went to use the restroom with no soap in it to wash your hands with. I didn't eat any of it and it was garbage. Won't be eating here again.

Placed order on phone only to arrive and them not to have it! This has happened before, I believe they don't take order and just wait to you arrive and wait longer, bad service

Do not waste your time at this establishment. The staff will treat you like they are doing you a huge favor serving you food, even when you are a polite customer.

We have tried wings from this establishment twice within the last month .The first time we just brushed the crispy wings and old grease taste off , The second time the wings were again very crispy and dried out.

Tonight we decided to try the fish .The whitenings were dried out with the same old grease taste. They were extra crispy , like they were refried or microwaved with no flavor.
The fries were also hard as if they were rewarmed. The lemonade tastes like sugar.
The only thing fresh was the two slices of white bread.

Normally I don’t write reviews but this was very disappointing after three tries.

We will NOT be eating nor recommending this place .

Best wings ever. I get honey moon dust and everything extra crispy each time, sooooo good! Wings were fresh and hot, & cooked crispy just how I love it! Look at all that extra honey on the bottom ?? delicious.

It was our ramadan days we thought today we will have some wings from ABW because its halal, we ordered 3 flavours but it was just a wings they didn’t give us exact flavour we wanted not even mixed with the sauce properly their service and food was worse than what I thought. Let me share some pictures of their so called flavour wings. Whole wings was supper dry.

What is the corporate number to the Americas best wings on Richmond highway? I ordered 10 wings two different flavors didn't get that and a double cheese burger with with provolone cheese and other toppings, the cheese burger only had grilled onions and american cheese that I didn't order. This is the second time I've had a messed up order and then they were rude and the manager acted as if he didn't understand what I was saying on the phone. For my inconvenience he offered me a medium fry as if that would make up for me having to come back out the house have them remake my food and I would wait another something amount of minutes.

I've been here so many times both as a customer and as a doordasher. The lady behind the counter is fantastic as well as their food for the price.

Should have read the reviews . This place is horrible . Where do I start ? Wings are under cooked and the wrong flavor . Called and the lady was rude . Never will spend another dime here ever

So rude they hung up the phone and charged me for ketchup and mayo like ???

Limited seating. All the food is good. Wings are of generous size.perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fish is tasty.Evening cleaning should be after closed. Heavy cleaning chemical odor is a nauseating. Take out is best.
