America's Favorite Gourmet Popcorn

I came here on a Wednesday 15 mins before closing, driving all the way from Maryland. I arrived and the sign still said open. There was a lady filling bags of popcorn, and when I knocked on the door she totally ignored me. I called the number, heard the phone ringing, and she ignored this as well. Very terrible customer service. If you are closed (before your official website closing time), you could have a least said so. Will never come back again.

Also to note, I have spent hundreds of dollars here in the past, not sure if it is under new management post-COVID (as I remembered it as Popped!). Either way, so disappointing.

Keywords: Chewy, stale, old, mediocre flavoring, disappointing.I surprised my family looking for a special treat beyond our Costco microwave popcorn. So I ordered, and then we soon opened with excitement. Unfortunately, it's a treat not work the calories.Good luck y'all.

LOVE this popcorn! The kettle corn is so addictive, and the cheddar and original butter flavors are other favorites. The colorful candy-coated flavors are so fun and remind me of my childhood. Friends love it when we serve a variety at kid and family parties. One time I even did a guess-the-flavor game with different popcorn flavors in decorative jars - what a hit!

Ordered a tin of Blazin Buffalo, white Cheddar, and Cheezy Cheddar all 3 were so salty I was unable to eat them I really wanted to try them out they looked fine but when i put one in my mouth I felt like I was eating salt I couldn't even taste the flavor because of how salty it was.

Ordered 2 tins of caramel corn. While the popcorn seems fresh and is tasty, it leaves a sticky residue on your teeth after chewing and your teeth sticks together. I've ordered caramel corn from the other national big names out there and never had this issue.Regarding ordering and shipping, just a caution for anyone who needs their order by a specific date. I ordered last week on a Wednesday well before the 11AM cutoff time for same day shipping as stated on their website but the order didn't ship. In fairness, their website does state that there is a small chance the order won't ship the same day but would ship the next day. It didn't ship on Thursday either. I emailed their support for a status but never heard back. I called on Friday morning but the first person who answered was the guy actually making the popcorn who gave me the cell phone number for another guy. That guy wasn't in front of a computer and wouldn't have access to check the status until the next day. Huh??My order did finally ship on Friday and luckily I'm in the same state so it arrived on Saturday in time to give as a birthday gift as I had planned. I really wanted this to be a good experience as I like supporting local businesses but based on the quality of the popcorn and the shipping experience, I plan to stick with the larger well-known names.

I brought 2 bags of popcorn and I was not satisfied. They were stale and greasy/oily texture on my fingers.I'm hoping they contact me for refund

The dark chocolate kettle is so yummy. Even better is the service as Craig is super nice, and always has a smile for you. Way to go America's Favorite Gourmet Popcorn!

I agree with Shannon! We had the same experience and our popcorn was stale and chewy! We also threw it away! Lesson learned stick with Garretts popcorn if you really want fresh gourmet popcorn!

Had a bunch at a party and my family went nuts. I barely eat carbs...but made an exception. I might have some more downstairs now...maybe.

I am addicted to this popcorn! We had the popcorn as favors for our wedding and was so yummy. We had the original, white cheddar, and dark chocolate kettle. Once I start eating I can't stop. We tested several flavors before trying and each was great!The customer service was great. They helped me figure out how much I would need, and when they got busy during the holidays and forget to get back to me on time, they took an item off my final bill.Even though I ordered for an event, I will totally be buying more from here in the future!

So disappointed! Bought a large Carmel popcorn when I opened to eat it that night it was OLD and stale. Like hard outside and inside is mushy and sticky. I called and left 2 voicemails and sent 2 emails and received NO response. Clearly they don’t care they just want your money and not your long time business! 20.00 down the drain!!! Here is what I threw in the trash. Would have rated a 0 stars if I could!!!!

(I am not upset about the order not arriving on time, I am upset at your customer service.) I have never had such a horrible customer service experience. I made an order 8 days before an event and I chose this company bc their website said 3 day shipping. I just called to check on the order and it won't make. I said I understand I was cutting it close but then the guy yelled at me, "I don't know what you want me to do lady. This is Christmas time!" I was shocked bc I wasn't asking for a refund I just called to check on the order. It was so out of the blue, maybe he miss heard me, but it was so uncalled for. I will stick with Amazon

Amazing popcorn! Craig (?) let us try so many kinds and they were all amazing. We ended up buying a couple tins with 3 flavors each so we could enjoy lots of popcorn. The dill pickle was one of my favorites. Will definitely be back and recommend this popcorn.

The white cheddar popcorn was the best thing I have ever tasted! My mouth is watering even thinking about it! Good job AFGP ??
