My daughter purchased a two-layer chocolate cake from Angel Ray Delights. The cake did not have a support with dowel rods between the layers. The cake began to leak a substance that looked like chocolate milk from the breaks on the sides of the bottom layer (due to not being properly supported). Once the cake began breaking the entire sides on the bottom layer separated from the cake. With this being a chocolate cake with white icing, nobody could figure out what the chocolate milk substance was leaking from the cake. After the sides separated from the bottom layer the cake fell over to the side. The integrality of the cake was nonexistent due to the cake not properly being put together. Only two people were brave enough to taste the cake and did not know what the chocolate milk like substance was and could not eat the cake due to it being so dry. When the owner/cake maker was contacted about the issue, she did not address any of our questions/concerns just said final sale and basically, we are out the $200 for the cake. When my daughter inquired about the substance and why the cake was not properly supported between the layers the owner/cake maker's response to my daughter was rude and disrespectful and totally inappropriate. We will never purchase another cake from this individual and will NOT recommend this bakery.

If your looking for a great looking cream made cake Angel ray is the one for you. But one thing I would like to comment on is the taste of the cake it's dry and not fluffy enough for my taste.
