Maybe it’s a decent place if you want to get some drinks, but can’t recommend their food. Yesterday went to Applebee’s for dinner, where me and my child got food poisoning. Mostly feel bad for a kid, who was throwing up all their “special” for the most of the night.

The place is really cool and the food is wonderful! But they seem to be in a big hurry for you to eat and leave quickly, because they deliver the bill before you finish eating, which makes us rush to leave and lose the pleasure of enjoying the food.

ALLERGIES AND RELIGIOUS RESTRICTIONS DONT GO HERE:My mom is ☦️, she is fasting as in no animal products . We asked the waiter if the tomato basil soup is vegan ,the girl said yes it is vegan .When it came it had cheese on it because it comes with cheese and we did not see it. No problem , we asked for another one with no cheese please AFTER explaining its for religious reasons . She said yes and when she came back it turned out , that they had picked the cheese on top off and gave us the same plate. When my mom was about to eat it , it had cheese on the spoon . Even though earlier they said we could take stuff of to make it vegan . After that we obviously don’t trust this restaurant we asked if we could get the bill with just the things we got already since the entree didint come yet. After that a lady manager came and she was very respectful and took her job seriously that why I put two stars.She said that it was their fault and whoever did it shouldn’t have done that and it was unreasonable.She apologized and after realizing we don’t want to stay she said we did not have to pay for anything,apologizesand leaves ,5 stars for her.Then another boy manager came when we were standing up he said how was it and my mom said we didn’t like it and after explaining he said “it comes with cheese though” we explained again that they said they could take out ingredients and how the girl verified it was vegan and how we could have had allergies.He still didint listen so we were happy to leave that environment .MY POINT: THIS RESTURANT PROBABLY DOSENT TAKE CROSS CONTAMINATION OR ALLERGIES OR RELIGIOUS RESTRICTIONS SERIOUSLY VERY UNSAFE FOR ALERGIES BE CUAREFUL!!!!

Our server Mr. Ozzie was very nice. Pleasant,accommodating,Parking: Parking is great. The handicapped parking was close to the entrance.Kid-friendliness: My grandson loved the food.He felt comfortable in the atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: I take this also as accommodation for my disabled daughter . The very nice efficient proffessional SINCERLY very pleasant and great customer service. The food was great and as ordered . My rack of ribs were tender . It was five of us, four Adults.It was my daughter’s 43rd Birthday ,she just got off from work, my eldest daughter and I are Pastors and had been in business meeting regarding our future youth events . So we really needed things tobe A+We all intend to patronize this AppleBees again.

Today 3-2-2024 My husband myself and my 3 grandchildren came to your restaurant at 5:25pm I walked your host spoke I said hello how are you doing,I need a table for 5 he looked us over and said 15 minutes I said ok thank you.I didn't say anything until 20 minutes later he said 15 minutes then 45 minutes ,so I asked which one is it? He walked away and went to I'm guessing is his manager and for another 10 minutes I watched your host walk back and forth ,the manager didn't even come and address the situation,there were plenty of tables that were open we ended up leaving.I like Applebee's and so do my grandchildren it just saddens me that costumer service is not what it use to be.

Dine-in late afternoon Saturday 17 February 2024 - good food and service undermined by no heat on the right side (when facing the rear). Like sitting outside on a cold winter day! A shame because Impossible Cheeseburger is one of our go-tos and we loved our first try of the brew pub pretzels and cheese dip. I hope the manager can fix the heat issue soon.Vegetarian options: Impossible Cheeseburger, brew pub pretzels and cheese dip.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had at Applebee’s. I never have high expectations when visiting one but this…takes the cake for PISS POOR service. First and foremost, we sat for 10+ minutes before my husband got up to find out if anyone was going to come greet our table. To find out our server Edward was standing at the POS system talking to another employee the entire time. When he finally came to the table he had a nasty attitude and gave half a** service. Among the MANY hiccups what really upsets me is that they served my 3 y/os food on a pipping hot plate! So HOT that Edward brought it out with an over mitt. That makes absolutely no sense. My food was rubbery. He was not attentive at all to even correct anything. To put the icing on the cake the manager was on the floor , at the very same POS system the entire night and never came to the table KNOWING we were unhappy. Edward, word of advice from another industry insider FIX YOUR ATTITUDE! We will never return to this establishment again.
