After a 2 year break from coming to this facility, due to them NOT HAVKNG ROAST BEEF an hour after opening, we decided to try again. We ordered a ruben with jalapeños, a chicken bacon Swiss with no sauce, a classic roast beef, and a French dip with cheddar and bacon added. The chicken sandwich came with sauce on it twice because they tried to give us the same sandwich with a new bun, sauce still all over the filet. After getting them to remake that one the French dip was missing ALL of the paid for additions. Honestly, just skip Arby’s if this is your only option.

Everything was fine, the food and customer service, but in these temperatures they don't have heating and to have a good time with the family you can't eat there 🥲 since it's very hot, I hope they can fix that

I visited Arby’s for the first time hoping to have a great sandwich but was disappointed with the thickness compared to the images. Also i felt that the smokehouse meat in between the breads was not fresh or probably not cooked to the desired level.

Three online orders in a row, wrong every time- take the order tonight, for example. Chicken/Bacon/Swiss? Nah, fish sandwich woth extra tartar!. No tomato on a turkey club? We'll leave thr bacon off instead. You're welcome!
Read the orders, folks. I can't justify lunch there if you're going to keep half-assing the basics.
