I’ve been coming to this place consistently since they opened. The past two weeks I have had HORRIBLE experiences there. Last week I placed an online order for pick up at a certain time. When I went to go pick my food up I waited 30 minutes at the store past my pick up time. I went up to the counter multiple times to check on my order and they consistently told me they were making it. The last time I went up to cancel my order, it found out that my order never printed therefore they were never making it. I ended up canceling my order and leaving.This week I went back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. One of my sandwiches was near frozen in the middle when I got home (to the point the fat/grease was still solid and frozen on the sausage patty) and the cheese was cold and un-melted. On my other sandwich, it was still cold, and the bun was hard as a rock.I love to support businesses in my area, but it’s hard when you consistently get bad services and subpar food.

This was such a cute little coffee social house. Staff is super kind and greet you with an Aloha when you walk in! They offer menu recommendations when you ask them and also provide free wifi for anyone who wants to study/work.These are the small business I love to support I hope others do the same. :)

They have some cool unique coffees and flavors (even the 1/2 sweet is too sweet for me) but still unique to the area. However, the handful of times I've been there, the baristas, cashier, etc. are always SO rude. I get having a bad day but every time I bring someone, they too have made comments about the person serving us and their behavior/demeanor. Honestly, there are so many better coffee shops with FRIENDLY staff that I'd rather support.

Love coffee? You're going to love this place. I commonly get the Monkey Mocha, but the flavors available are wonderfully twisted and out of the ordinary. They even use ice made from coffee, while it lasts daily.I tried the turkey sandwich last visit and it was nice and flavorful. Made with King's Hawaiian rolls, so on the sweet side.Everything is delicious! Go, you won't be disappointed. ☺

Real Hawaiian coffee (you can ask for 100% Kona for a slight upcharge - otherwise it's Hawaiian blend) served up in a cool laid-back spot with all the good Hawaiian aloha! Had the Kreme de Kona iced and the Caramel Wave hot. All the usual alternative milks are offered. Guys - this is legit da kine ono coffee! Yes, the coffee is that good! They even offer real coffee ice cubes with their iced drinks so it doesn't get all nasty and watered down at the bottom.We also had the malasadas and a blueberry lemon cream cheese muffin - super tasty! Malasadas were especially delicious- soft and warm and covered in cinnamon sugar (this is what churros can only dream of being)!Servers are friendly and helpful. Service was fast even with a line. They offer an app for order ahead and to get points for future purchases.Parking is on street or in the city center garage. They're right next to the back of the AMC theaters.Wish they were closer but maybe a good thing they aren't because I'd be here every day!

Their specialty lattes are really tasty and the espresso/coffee flavor still comes through really well. They also have delicious sandwiches (the bread and addition of pineapples are especially tasty) and the twisted malasada donuts were a wonderful texture and didn't go overboard on sugar!Everyone there is really friendly, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is also relaxed and they have lots of cute merch. I'll definitely be returning everytime I visit the D.C. area. If you're there for the convention center, it's a very convenient distance from hotels in the Alexandria area.

Wanted to try this place out for the first time with my wife, the cashier Maddie, was straight-faced, and very monotone. It gave the impression we were an inconvenience when all we did was order food and 2 drinks in a timely manner since we had made up our minds while waiting in line. After stepping out of line, she did it to multiple other customers. Besides the service, the grilled cheese was soggy and barely toasted but the bread was good, coffee is ok, smoothie and bakery was great. Not sure if we will be returning though, I much prefer Starbucks and every other coffee place I’ve been to in Alexandria customer service than here.

Order frozen mocha kick. Delicious. My girl got iced latte and she loved it. Definitely worth checking out. Guy’s working inside were friendly, fast, and efficient. Can’t ask for anything more.Parking: Parking is everywhere but still can be hard to find. Practice your parallel parking!
