Post soccer game cool treat to settle the kiddos down a bit. Popped into the local Baskin-Robbins for some ice cream and a milkshake for Dad. The store was very clean, and the freezer was stocked with multiple ice cream cakes. There were SO many wonderful flavors to choose from that my son could barely make up his mind. The young Asian lady working was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful with my son’s indecisiveness. Selections were made and the lady got to work very quickly. Within minutes we were both served and enjoying our cool treats on a cloudy, overcast Sunday afternoon. The Baskin-Robbins in Kingstowne? Easily one of the cleanest stores I’ve ever walked into — and that’s saying something. Floors, counters, displays — everything spotless, every time. You can tell they take serious pride in how the place looks. It's not just clean—it’s “your mom’s coming over” clean.

But cleanliness aside, what really makes this spot stand out is how well-stocked they are. I’ve been to other locations around town where you’re lucky if they have five flavors that aren’t vanilla. Not here. This one consistently has the full lineup, plus the featured flavors that keep things interesting. You walk in with options, not compromises.

As for me? I’m a clown cone kind of guy — and this place always has them ready to go. No awkward “let me check in the back” moment. Just good ice cream, good selection, and great execution.

A+ across the board. If you're anywhere near Kingstowne and craving ice cream, this is the move.

Customer service is poor. Stood in there for 10 minutes and not a single person said a word to me! They were too busy filling online orders to acknowledge customers that are standing in the store. It happened twice but it will not happen again third. You customer service sucks!!!

I absolutely loved what I got from here. I also liked that I could sample sum new flavors. I ordered a sundae w vanilla ice cream, peanut butter sauce, bananas and pineapples w whipped cream ! It was so yummy. And I just can not say enuf about the charming lady behind the counter. She made my night! Best Sundae ever!

Best BR location around, has all the good flavors

this guy Patrick N., a worker who served me, made sure he filled my tummy with a 3 scoop sundae with multiple toppings in less than 1 minute. Great customer service and swift icecream making :)

Attentive employees who are great with children and very accommodating of indecisive customers like myself. Service was quick and with a smile. My favorite flavors are still World Class Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter. My husband tried Triple Mango, which was also really good and smells amazing.

If I could write a negative review, I would they aren’t even worthy of a one star!!! They charge $7.99 for a pre-packed quart of ice cream when everybody else around here charges 599 a quart for pre-packed ice cream the other stores give you 2 quarts for for nine dollars and they charge double that!!!!!When I asked her why, the manager said I charge a higher rent here. All the other stores actually probably pay higher rent because Belle Haven does the same thing. It’s closer to old town and they don’t charge it. They don’t charge higher they give you the 2 quarts for nine dollars. I’m telling you go to a different Baskin-Robbins because this one’s the worst I’ve ever been to

Staff is very unprofessional when I was telling the supervisor how rude BUNNY was to me BUNNY then proceeded to tell me I was lying and walked off I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a teenager in my life then when I asked for the owner/management contact info I was given a disconnected number as well. I recommend going to a different location !!!!

Guys it's thirty-one flavors. As long as you aren't lactose intolerant you'll find something you like

Last time I will come here, bunch of young kids that don’t listen to your order and then get upset when they get it wrong. Only wanted hot fudge on my Sundae she took it upon herself to add nuts when I told her my daughter was allergic she said you should’ve told me at the beginning and then charges me for extra hot fudge when I got no other toppings. There are plenty other Baskin-Robbins in the area
