I absolutely loved what I got from here. I also liked that I could sample sum new flavors. I ordered a sundae w vanilla ice cream, peanut butter sauce, bananas and pineapples w whipped cream ! It was so yummy. And I just can not say enuf about the charming lady behind the counter. She made my night! Best Sundae ever!

Stopped in to get some impromptu ice cream with the family. We all wanted a sweet treat to enjoy after our recent dinner. I got one of my favorites cookies and cream. I love the variety of flavors including smoothies as well. The freezer area had ice cream cakes along with grab and go ice cream cones. It was pretty nice to check out Baskin and Robbins as it has been a while since I was able to visit a store.

this guy Patrick N., a worker who served me, made sure he filled my tummy with a 3 scoop sundae with multiple toppings in less than 1 minute. Great customer service and swift icecream making :)

Attentive employees who are great with children and very accommodating of indecisive customers like myself. Service was quick and with a smile. My favorite flavors are still World Class Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter. My husband tried Triple Mango, which was also really good and smells amazing.

If I could write a negative review, I would they aren’t even worthy of a one star!!! They charge $7.99 for a pre-packed quart of ice cream when everybody else around here charges 599 a quart for pre-packed ice cream the other stores give you 2 quarts for for nine dollars and they charge double that!!!!!When I asked her why, the manager said I charge a higher rent here. All the other stores actually probably pay higher rent because Belle Haven does the same thing. It’s closer to old town and they don’t charge it. They don’t charge higher they give you the 2 quarts for nine dollars. I’m telling you go to a different Baskin-Robbins because this one’s the worst I’ve ever been to

Staff is very unprofessional when I was telling the supervisor how rude BUNNY was to me BUNNY then proceeded to tell me I was lying and walked off I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a teenager in my life then when I asked for the owner/management contact info I was given a disconnected number as well. I recommend going to a different location !!!!

I visit this location frequently and after today not sure I will ever go back!!! I was letting management know for the 2nd time how I was disrespected by BUNNY and nothing was done also while I was letting them know what happened again tonight BUNNY looked me straight in the face and said your lying have a good night and walked off she is so lucky that I know the lord and didn't hop over the counter and.choose violence then when I asked for the head managers info they gave me a disconnected phone number Do not recommmed this location staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL especially BUNNY if that is even her name not sure if I was even given the correct info on that !!!!!!!

Last time I will come here, bunch of young kids that don’t listen to your order and then get upset when they get it wrong. Only wanted hot fudge on my Sundae she took it upon herself to add nuts when I told her my daughter was allergic she said you should’ve told me at the beginning and then charges me for extra hot fudge when I got no other toppings. There are plenty other Baskin-Robbins in the area

I just called about 10 minutes from making this review. I asked the woman on the phone if this was Baskin Robbins after she mumbled to me and she rudely replied yes in a sarcastic tone. Then I asked her which milkshake had the most calories and if it was 2000 or more and she replied to me nastily and said she couldn’t hear me and I repeated the question to what she said that doesn’t exist and I said oh OK. I had more questions as I was about to ask and she completely slammed the phone and hung up on me. Now this is normal where I go to get ice cream but after that experience I’m completely dissatisfied there’s no reason someone should talk to a customer that way. even as a service Industry worker myself I will never talk to anyone in that sort of tone no matter how bad of a day I’m having it was completely uncalled for.

The ice cream is nice and we came here for a couple of times. But yesterday, when we came, the girl with blue hair working there was very rude and arrogant. She was giving me a look and asked to repeat my order like 5 times. If she is tired or hates her job, she should just go home! We will not return again there because of her.

Baskin Robbins is a great place to get ice cream and it's cheaper then going to Ben and Jerry's or Haagen Dazs. It may not be as creamy as Ben and Jerry's or Haagen Dazs, but still good Ice cream. My favorite is definitely the gold medal ribbon, essentially a chocolate/vanilla mix with a light caramel swirl, and you def have to get it with a dipped chocolate waffle cone. This location may be small, but the customer service is great. There's maybe one table and 4 chairs available to customers.
