This has been increasingly disappointing. Every time I go in it seems dirtier and dingier. Ice creams in the wrong place, stuff half melted, out of flavors apparently permanently….save a trip. Too bad, it was my grandsons favorite ‘walk with grandad’ - now the go to Roy Roger’s or Safeway.

This location is terribly run. There were 2 counters, one for Dunkin and one for BR but no staff at either. There were several people working in the back but refused to acknowledge customers in line. I just wanted to buy a cake from the fridge. It was chaotic because people were standing waiting for drinks and people were waiting in line to order or checkout but no staff at the registers so a big cluster formed.

Ordered pralines & cream and it tasted funny but I thought ice cream didn't get spoiled. It was spoiled & I got sick. The staff was rude waited a long time to get served because they were busy fooling around.

3rd time, shame on me. Banana Royal, shoukd be called Barely Banana Royal. Though the online selections showed it as a selection, I was told by driver they have peppermint ice cream only during holidays? Last time, last time when I ordered, the driver called to tell me they had no hot fudge or bananas and I ended up paying for it thought I never received it. Never again.
Had the worst cappuccino blast. Management needs to work on quality control. It had chunks of ice and was so poorly blended it separated in layers. I would have been better of getting an iced latte :(

Was craving ice cream so I wanted to order for my mom and I. We both love rum raisin and didn’t want to get out of the house. So we decided to Uber eats some. However we noticed there wasn’t a rum raisin option and we knew they had it from ordering it prior to today so we called and the nice guy who answered told me a flavor to order and he’d replace them when they came in. Overall great service
