I would give NO STARS. Service is worse than a dead toad. Place is dirty and the servers should just be removed from their jobs if they hate it so much.
Charged me double and REFUSED to refund me. Avoid getting scammed from this place.
Came by with my daughter for a kid’s scoop of ice cream which they have listed on their menu. She got the smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever seen which was great for my purposes. When I got to the register though, they charged a full single scoop price. When I inquired they said they have “discontinued their kid’s scoop”. If it really was a single scoop, it wasn’t worth what we paid and it’s false advertising to not tell people when they order that the menu is wrong. Typical big store mentality… we’ll be getting our ice cream from our local store from here on….
A couple days ago we showed up 45 minutes till close and were told at the door, as they were letting a customer out, that they were closed. Tonight, we went at 8:30 (half an hour before they close) and we were told at the front counter they were closing because the ice cream machines were down….what is this McDonald’s? If you’re going to close early and send costumers away; just change your times online.

The guy that scooped my ice cream was very nice. However, the ice cream was really soft for it to be hand dipped and the cone was stale. I’ve been craving lemon custard all summer so this was a bit disappointing.

I came in there about six o'clock, and they had no donuts. I asked the supervisor what kind of donut business is this, and that doesn't have any donuts. She got smart and said this is not a donut business, this is a coffee company.

Ordered an ice cream cake 3 days in advance for my husbands birthday. I showed up to pick up and they spent 15 minutes looking for the cake and the very disrespectful attendant came out said he couldn’t find it despite having my confirmation email and receipt printed showing it should be prepared. He said there was nothing they could do about it. Thankfully a woman with a DD hat on offered me one of the cakes in the fridge that was already made. They didn’t have the flavor I ordered and the cake was unfortunately frost bitten and gross. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not return.

Horrible experience. I asked a simple question to see if they had brownie sundaes as their website states they do, and the employee was ticked off apparently and practically yelled “we don’t do brownies anymore.” I asked for a bit more to pick and as soon as I waved at him to notify the man I was ready to order, he walked past me to tend to a customer that had only just walked through the door — I had been at the front counter all this time.
You’re better off driving a few more minutes to another location with better customer service. Additionally, the location reeks of a horrible smell. Terrible experience.

31 flavors but no vanilla and no way to make a vanilla milkshake!
Horrible! These employees have never heard of customer service, they are too busy eating to even think about serving anyone.
