Guy behind the counter couldn’t be bothered with a simple greeting, thank you, your welcome, come again. Had the attitude of someone that couldn’t be bothered and wishes you weren’t there.
Worst of all he kept popping bubble gum bubbles while scooping ice cream. Gross. Maybe keep yourself busy and clean the place.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. When my family and I walked in we weren’t greeted , but customer who walked in after us was greeted. My husband requested a banana split and the employee started making it when it was time to cut banana in the cup he proceeded to get a knife out of the sink did not rinse it off but wiped it on his dirty apron. I guess he didn’t want to get his hands wet because he have a brace on his hand and wrist. While making the banana spilt he touch his nose and ears several times. This is totally cross contamination and someone can get very ill from this !!!!!!!!! Please train your employees better !!!!!!! No one cares about customer service these days !!!!!!!!

Dirty, rude employees, inconsistent hours, and they refuse to let paying customers use their bathroom. Avoid at all costs, there’s much better alternatives in the area.

After standing at the counter for five plus minutes waiting for service the manager finally puts on a cap and proceeds to assist customers who obviously just walked in much later as there was only one person ahead of me who was being assisted, poor customer service. I just decided to leave!

This is the old-school ice cream shop you visited as a kid. Good selection of ice cream and lots of different candies to mix in, if that's your thing. They also have ice cream cakes you can purchase as is, or have one special ordered. There is not a lot of seating, but there always seems to be one available. Most people take their ice cream to go. Local business that's been around for a long time.
