Nice greeting at door atmosphere very welcoming, service is excellent food is the bomb ? ? and great portions and made to order so was hot and fresh.

Worst service ever today - need new management

It took the server almost 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was even there and after 30 minutes, I still did not receive my food. The management and server seem completely overwhelmed.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for 5 years almost every Friday night.
We learned to night that our regular waitress, Littzy, was recently let go. This is young lady knew our orders as we walked through the door and made the place feel like home. coming in the door. We are very disappointed with her firing. There are many other places to go out to on a Friday night and without Littzy, this place is not the same.

I'm very disappointed once i opened the lid of my coffee cup, they didn't fill up the whole cup. I paid for a full cup NOT half of cup ..smh.
Also, didn't get much bacon with my pancakes and I pay extra $. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN..

Sunday morning, the place is packed. The service deteriorates to the level that you wait for eggs for 30 min and you get a coffee cup with a lipstick on, they don't get what you ordered in the end and the waitress says they don't have the tea. I mean, really deteriorating service.

On a busy Saturday, my friend and I went for breakfast. I have a walker and they opened the door for me. Then put it it a safe place out of the way. Our waitress came right away. I asked her name and she told me Lilibeth. The good manager, Meer, came to our table sevral times to see how we are doing. When it was time to go and I called the manager over. He told us he was a recent hire. He said he loved working there. Lilibeth was his hire! Time to go and the door was open for me. I will be back many times!! LOVE B&A&E!
