I'm not really sure why there are so many bad reviews. I love Bonchon! It's always great food made from scratch... so it takes at least 20 minutes for fried chicken... and when they're busy it definitely will take some time. Service is efficient and friendly. This place is great!

The manager, Sergio, is a real sweetheart! Always friendly and smiling and earnestly welcoming and wanting to please the customers! I always get the chicken katsu because it’s delicious!

Today I had the opportunity to visit Bonchon Kings St. because I was really interested in this place! I had the chance to try the bulgogi fries, and I wasn't disappointed! The combination of bulgogi beef and fries is an explosion of flavors. I will definitely be back!
