I was very impressed with Brabo. The drinks were very good and the food was excellent. The service was off the charts though! Exceptional service. This was for a wedding rehearsal dinner and they were very accommodating but just seemed to be naturally good at this type of event. Well done!

First time back here in a few years. Sadly this place has declined significantly since 2020.
Appetizer was a Crabcake - it was a 22 dollar crab cake the size of the end of my fork. Cold on the inside.
Main meal - Duck with seasonal veggies. Veggies were soggy and not seasoned. Duck didn't have a sear on it. Was tough.
Side of Sprouts - roasted but very little flavor. Small bits of pork belly in them with a very watery honey glaze that was just pooling at the bottom.
In the end, a complete miss. I stopped at the greasy spoon a few blocks up after this meal and ordered a 10 dollar reuben sandwich that was much more filling and tasty than my meal at Brabo.

This is a pretentious little restaurant attached to the Archer hotel. The food is adequate. The service is adequate. This is a place then I don't see myself having a need to come back to. We ate here because we stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to go anywhere. It's a fine restaurant. What I'm nitpicking about are the finer details that take it from a good restaurant to a restaurant that I would come back to.
A couple of points:
- The salad was supposed to have croutons, it didn't. I know this because the menu said it was supposed to have croutons.
- I had to remind the waiter to put the wine in a bucket of ice
- we were the only people in there that night, and still couldn't find our server
- the fries were kind of soggy and the steak was not a lean cut.

Visited on August 11th forthright first time for brunch (sat at the bar). Food was taking forever to come out avocado toast and there weren't many people in there. Mussels were good. Holly the bartender/ server grew into a verbal altercation with im guessing the manager on duty which is appalling to do this right in front of customers.

Such a wonderful experience. The bartender, Guilver, was amazing and made the best cocktails I’ve had on King Street. His Negroni is spectacular. Service and food were great and we will definitely be frequenting Happy Hour with Guilver!

Every trip to DC is a must stop here. Food is excellent and the lead bartender Guilver Canales does God's work with the old fashion. Makes the bitters for Brabo and he is the reason I cannot order old fashions anywhere else. Can not recommend enough!!!

We came down for a weekend getaway and this cute restaurant was really close to our hotel. The waiter, food, and overall vibe was amazing! I was quite surprised it was so empty for 6:30-7pm on a Saturday but I HIGHLY recommend!

This place looks fantastic, and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, the moules frites were dry/overcooked, and the fries were squishy. Also, the beer selection was disappointing. I will say that the salad was fantastic, but if you put the name of a dish on your window (moules), you should do that dish well.
