We like their brunch and breakfast a lot, but they close way too early. Just when downtown is starting to heat up, they're closing their doors. I suppose it reduces costs on their end but as late birds who love breakfast and coffee shops, my spouse and I would enjoy being able to spend time past 5pm!

I was going there with friends for years. But quality of drings was getting worse untill today when was causing all to have stomac issues. My friend got a late that looks like was drank from already, and our coffies were terrible. We decided not to go there any more. So sad, great location and space but clearly bad management and some employees.

Overall, this restaurant has a lot of potential, however there seems to be some problems in the execution. It appears that the waiters are understaffed or overworked. Subsequently, service quality was diminished and the cleanliness of the restaurant had issues. There was garbage lying about on the floor and surrounding area, and the table we were seated at was hardly cleaned. The waitress seemed rushed, which then led to her barking statements and menu options without any explanation or recommendations. I would hope that this is not the typical experience that someone had here with the staff. The food had both good points and negative points. The brunch sandwich was tasty and filling for its size, however the accompanying salad was bland. It was not fresh salad, it had no seasoning, and it was saturated in oil. The check was slow in coming, as again the staff was overworked, so I do not recommend coming here if you need to leave at a specific time.

This is such a lovely, clean, friendly place. We went for breakfast and had everything from French toast to chocolate fondue. It was all delicious and the service was above and beyond. It's such a pretty place, you feel comfortable and welcome. The bread is awesome, they give you a basket filled with several kinds of bread on the table... They were all great! Will definitely go again in our next visit to Alexandria.
