Bruster's Real Ice Cream

The ice cream here is delicious but every time we come here the service is terrible. One time we came they tried closing 40 minutes prior to closing. Turned the open sign off as well. It would be nice to have quality customer service.

Banana pudding ice cream - typical ice cream not bad and not amazing. For the price it is a great deal! Long lines because it takes a while for ice cream to come out.

Loved loved Bruster's! The people are so nice. Icecream is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Non dairy mint chocolate chip - AWESOME!!! WE LOVED IT!!! Will definitely be back.

The employees were quick with my relatively large order, they made sure everything I was served was tidy, AND they made sure all my items were accounted for. Thank you Brusters Alexandria for not just amazing ice cream, but also a superb experience!!!

Kid-friendliness: Brusters Alexandria has many superb options for children! The kids Dirt Sundae and kids Dino Sundae are great options for kids of all ages. Also, any child under 40 inches is offered a free smaller sized cake cone with a smaller scoop of any kind of the stores current flavors.

It was fantastic! Really generous scoops of fantastic icecream. The price is amazing too for quality icecream. Nowhere to sit inside but the umbrella-covered tables outside are nice.

Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Best ice cream I have had from Brusters in a long time. This location is awesome. The customer service was excellent. The ice cream was fresh and delicious. I have been to several Brusters over the years, however this one is definitely top notch. I live in Waldorf MD, with a Brusters about 15 minutes from me. However, from now on I will be taking the drive to this one when I want good quality ice cream. Thank you for doing such a great job and please don't stop.

This place blew us out of the water. The portions are HUGE. A “small” cup is a tower of ice cream, 2-3 times larger than most places. And the flavors are amazing!

Fan favorites for us were the Raspberry Chocolate Truffle and the Graham Central Station. Southern Banana Puddin’ and Black Raspberry were also solid flavors.

I would put this on par with some of the big names in Old Town Alexandria (Jenni’s I’m looking at you) — except it’s $2-3 cheaper. Will definitely be back!
