I was here on a Tuesday (04/09) with my brothers. We arrived around 8:30pm. There was a sign prompting us to seat ourselves which we did. We sat for over 20 mins with no acknowledgment from any staff member. it wasn’t until my brother got up and asked a staff member for assistance did a server finally come over. Her excuse was “sorry I didn’t see you guys.” I’m not kidding when I say there was MAYBE 5 other tables sat throughout the restaurant.We ended up ordering through the code online vs through the server. Wait time for food was long but that’s typical for BWW.Food finally came out and everyone got their food except me. I requested Extra Crispy, All Flats. I even saw the correct stickers on my plate but they still did not give me all flats. So I waved the server back over and she took them away and said she’d get them fixed.She never came back to update me or check in with us. At this point it’s been over 30 mins. My brothers basically all finished their meals. My brother got up again and asked a different staff member about my wings. The serve came back and said “sorry it still has 7 minutes left” How can that be possible when you took my wings 30 mins ago??? Extra crispy wings doesn’t take that long.My brother got up again to just ask to speak to the manager on duty. Shockingly the wings finally came out along with the manager and server.The MOD did not care at ALL. Not empathetic or understanding whatsoever. I explained the situation to him and told him how disappointed I was with the overall experience. He then asked me what I wanted and I said compensation. He then said “well Im not going overboard and comping off your entire meal”He ended up crediting me $20 off my bill.He came back and said “Sorry the servers are new”If your server cannot handle FOUR TABLES, she’s in the wrong industry and this job is not for her.I used to work for BWW for 3 years. I understand how busy it can be on Wing Tuesdays. But again, there was BARELY anyone in the restaurant. Bar was a little busy and I wasn’t aware if takeout was busy or not. The service aspect of this particular BWW is SO POOR. No one in there actually cares about the job they do and it is very evident.No manager ever came to “touch” the table or check in with us. Same with the actual server.This experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never come back. I don’t know what’s happened to BWW but it never used to be like this.

This was the worst BWWs I have ever been to. Waited for at least 10 minutes before my family was even acknowledged even though the restaurant was dead. Appetizers were cold, took 20 minutes to get drinks, and main meal order was wrong once it arrived 50 minutes later. Stay away from this place! Enter at your own risk….

They had 1 employee working. No1 to seat you, no1 behind the bar, no menus, you gotta order your food through a QR code and pay on your phone. Either raise the pay so you can get some employees or shut down. We walked out with another group when we realized it was a semi autonomous restaurant with no service. What a joke.

I don't know if I'm new to this self-sealing thing or whatever, but we waited and waited and waited and waited, AND WAITED more.. nobody even came to say hi, or to check on us, and even to tell us that we have to order through the QR code.. THIS PLACE IS ONLY GETTING THROUGH because of its wings and burguers, they really need to do something about this... and they expect us to TIP?? SHUT UP...

I placed my order on my drive back from Maryland and I was given a 30 minute timeframe for the food to be ready. I arrived at this pick up time and couldn’t find anyone to check on the orders, but they were three other people waiting for their order. After 10 minutes, someone’s order was brought out and then we were all asked what the names of our orders were. Then we continued to wait. After 10 more minutes, I asked for a refund. The manager said that they just needed 5 more minutes and wings would’ve been ready. It makes no sense to take 45 minutes to finally drop some wings in the fryer when you know people are ordering wings.BWW used to be one of my favorite restaurants and this one is 2 minutes from where I live. I would’ve loved to make this a weekly stop, but customers aren’t this desperate.Update: I visited on March 6th and I still have not received the refund to my account.

When me and my wife went to arlington VA buffalo wings we had an amazing experience reason why we choose to get another order for my family here at Richmond highway alexandria, and its ashame that the wings are so dry, the fries are wet, i wait for an hour and when i ask the waitress she replied back i dont know about your order this place is not recommended, i am not sure on other branch but this one at richmond highway is ridiculously terrible from the food service and waiting time look for new people or else this place will go down

Took 35 minutes to get food and there was not more than 30 people in the Building. Then after finally getting the food i ended up with food poisoning. Literally the worst service i have ever received in a restaurant. Not to mention the negligence to proper food handling as i got sick from the food.

Worst BWW I’ve ever been to. If you order takeout, expect at least 1 hour of waiting time. As you see in the picture, the place is dead but the customer service is so bad. If the company is serious about the business, they should send a supervisor on the pickup orders, especially at night. I will never come again because of this location.

Given it a 1 start but this place deserves ZEROOO STARS!!! WORST SERVICE. From sitting yourself, to having to wait more than 35 mins for your food (and it’s not even correct) from ALL THE EMPLOYEES BEING IN THE BACK LIKE FOOLS THEN DOING THERE JOB!!!!! So I went there today for the free 6 piece wings that they were offering for the over time Super Bowl promo. I got there around 1:50 and placed my order. It wasn't that busy at that point maybe 8 total customers in the the whole restaurant. A second customer came in and placed his order 10 mins after me. What pissed me off was that he and others that came in and order after me got there wings before me. My wings were finally ready after nearly an hour after 10-15 people who ordered after me got there free wings. I complained about that to the manager and he just said wait you turn. This was the first and last time I set foot in a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. Even if the offer me free wings next time I probably wouldn't get it because they have such bad service. They didn't even gave the ranch sauce that I had requested for the wings when I got home and was ready to eat the wings. They lost a potential customer in me thats for sure.
