OMG! The best burger in Alexandria. Fresh, cooked to perfection. I would have given 5 stars, but I had problems finding Bun Papa using my GPS. No sign out front, no address on the door. I called the number on google search and discovered Bin Papa was in Bread and Water company! I go to this shopping center every day and had no idea that this place excited.

I placed an order. Picked up order and wasn’t satisfied. I called to speak with the manager and when I say is the reason for the 4 stars, she’s the reason. I would have gave a lower rating but the way she handled the situation and the customer service she gave was amazing. Definitely forgot her name but she stated she was the front house manager. First time ordering from this place. I ordered a double smash burger and a side of fries. When my order came, the fries (extra $5) were missing. I reached out to the store who said it was not their fault but the delivery service. The delivery service was professional and apologetic even though it was not their fault. The employee I spoke with from the restaurant was rude and unprofessional. In the end I attempted to to eat the burger but the bun was greasy and burnt as was the burger. All and all it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.,

Ordered and paid for waffle fries. When I received my food there were regular fries in the bag. I informed the employee who told me, waffle fries is a typo and they don’t actually serve that item. If it’s a “typo” on all your menus and the online menu, then why let me order AND pay for an item you don’t serve?! Tell me so I can decide if I want regular fries, something else, or skip a side altogether. Unacceptable.

Their checkout system is a mess, that or the staff don't know how to operate the checkout process.
I purchased a burger and added toppings from their free toppings list. Turns out the list was outdated and some of those cost extra, so they charged me for it without telling me. I pointed this out, the manager voids the original transaction and does a new purchase charge with free toppings. All good, supposedly.
Come 2 weeks later and I look at my credit card statement, the refund is less than the initial incorrect purchase amount. So they ended up charging me extra anyway, and I don't even know for what, or how to dispute this.

Ordered the papa deluxe and poutine fries. The deluxe was really tasty, the pickles don’t have the classic pickle flavor, it’s more of a cucumber flavor. The poutine fries were good, the beef on the poutine is more ground beef without too much flavor, the cheese was stretchy and mild, and the gravy sauce was rich and added a nice saltiness to the fries. I the fries could be eaten as a meal and comes in a large portion.

So the burger, the Bun Papa Classic, was outstanding. The service was competent yet indifferent. And the place is in an abandoned bakery, which felt a little odd.
The place was empty when I went there. Maybe they do a brisk takeout business. Four stars overall.

I had the roadhouse burger and it was absolutely delicious. The brioche bun was lightly grilled with two beef patties, smoky bacon and bbq sauce. Oh did I forget to mention the fried onion straws. I will definitely be back.
DELICIOUS!! Juicy fat burger just wish they had more seating inside. All burgers have 2 smashed Patties. I would say best I have had in Alexandria and it doesn’t hurt that there is a bakery inside also 😀

Only thing good about this burger was the bun. My burger was completely smothered and sauce and made everything soggy. I ordered avocado and didn’t even get it. The cashier was nice, but that’s about it. It was pretty expensive definitely not worth it. $27 for two cookies and a burger.
