They say it’s open 24hrs, but the people doing the night shift don’t know how to do their job…. It’s a group of young people checking their phone, sitting on a table outside the counter, a couple of them talking standing next to the soda dispenser all while cars are lined up to order & pick up an order. The most unprofessional team . I’m sure this place has an owner and I suggest you see your cameras video taken during the night shift. I didn’t witness this just one time and came here to right a review. I’ve experienced this a lot of times before I decided never to return to this location. It’s a shame!

March 8 at around 9 pm I'm waiting 20 min on the drive thru for 4 shakes and the guys are so disrespectful make it even worse they so lazy. If they want a do it thers jobs don't do it. Simple. Bad service.👎🏻

Awful customer service. The person taking orders was extremely rude. Would not allow me to tell him my order. Just kept repeating medium or large. Medium or large. Then when I was politely telling him I wasn’t done customizing what I want on my sandwich, he responded is that it. The order on the screen was incorrect. And when I corrected, he said is that it. Didn’t ask what kind of drink I wanted, nothing. I decided to walk in the store and speak to the manager who happens to sound like the guy taking the order, and he said it wasn’t him. I asked for the manager contact for the store overall because most restaurants have a number where you can provide feedback for complaints and was advised they can’t give that information out. I decided not to dine with them. I will still file a complaint for this store with BK. This is not the first time they have provided poor service. This is just the final straw. Do better.

Revision of my original 5 star review from 6 years ago. This location is not fast food as the drive thru normally takes me over 10 minutes to get through with only one to two cars in front. You regularly cannot order until the car/s in front have paid and received their food. To me this appears as if they are trying to cheat their drive thru time metrics and being extremely inefficient. This Burger King location does not accept Burger King gift cards.

When I walked inside I noticed an old lady on the register she had too be at least 70-80 years old. It was about 3 of us waiting for our food so one of the guys that was waiting on his food, told the people the bathroom was dirty, they told the old lady too go clean the bathroom, I was in disbelief, that brought me too tears, it was several young people working, all Spanish people. Do better and don’t make that old lady clean and young people sitting there laughing and joking on their phone! Super sad!

This Burger King location is among the least satisfactory I've visited. The manager's demeanor is lazy and disrespectful. He presents himself as a tough individual and frequently wears headphones, reminiscent of a pilot. One person is working at the kitchen to save money!
