Got small burger and onion rings. Burge was fine, onion rings didn't have any onions inside rings. It felt like eating fried dough. Pit weird.. I don't know if they chop The Onion so small and mix it with the dough. But I was expecting onions inside the crust. Last time for me in there.

This drive thru is sooooo sloooow. Crazy with a certain very fast competitor in the same plaza that it would be this bad. The food tastes as expected but the service is worth than other locations by a lot.

I had an amazing experience at Burger King thanks to Andrew, a military gentleman who truly went above and beyond. He greeted us with a big smile on his face, provided outstanding service, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so courteous, professional, and genuinely kind. Thank you, Andrew, for making our visit exceptional! I will definitely be returning.

Suppose to be 24 hours but if you come here after 2am the employees hide in the back and won’t take your order. I even seen an employee peek out the office and they still wouldn’t take my order. The overnight staff here is definitely making this location lose money

It's just bad every time. Takes forever to get cold food. Customer service always lacking. This time I placed a mobile order and waited 25 minutes.
This was by far one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The service was absolutely terrible. The crew seemed completely uninterested in being there and moved incredibly slow. It took us about 25 minutes just to reach the ordering booth. Then, once we got to the window to pay and pick up our food, it was another 20 minutes of waiting.
I specifically ordered an Impossible Burger, yet they added bacon to it—which defeats the entire purpose of ordering an impossible burger. They also didn’t even bother to ask what drink I wanted and just handed me a Coke. When I pointed out the mistakes, I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to refund, recharge, and remake the sandwich. Meanwhile, several staff members were literally standing around on their cell phones.
By the time I finally got home to eat, my food was cold. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and money. I will never be returning to this location.

My family and I came to dine in, Food was 10/10 , warm and everything.. the dine in experience was quiet , comforting and nice. We came 11/06 2:30 pmish

Two guys that worked there where being very unprofessional while my family sat and had dinner. They one was constantly using profanity as he was talking about someone that worked there and then was talking about woman being on their “period” and not showing up to work. He obviously did not care about other kids and women that were there. If someone that is a manager gets this it was a taller guy with dreads. I hope management reviews this and talk to the employees that work there. This happened on 10/30 around 4:30-5pm.

I love Burgerking but this location is terrible. Gave it 3 tries and everytime it was the same experience. The food always tastes reheated, soggy wet lettuce, and not so fresh buns. Never made to order. Gross
