They NEVER get the order right. You also have to wait an eternity just to get that incorrect order, and its almost always overcooked or a way smaller portion than what you are supposed to get in the first place. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I rarely go to BurgeR King. However, my daughter and I went on 3/22/24, and the manager has a very nasty attitude. My daughter told her the onion rings were cold and she acted like she did not understand what she was saying. The tables were also dirty. We placed a call to their corporate office! Never again!!!

Slowest Burger King ever. Make sure you have 20-30 minutes to get your food at night. Consistently short staffed. I don’t even want to blast them bc I’ve been coming here for 15+ years but guys c’mon. Staff better, get the food out faster at night or just don’t stay open 24 hours if the budget isn’t there to have an extra employee of two at night. Can’t be expecting us to be ok with waiting 20-30 minutes to get our food.

Waited 20mins in the drive thru, just for them to tell me they were prioritizing online orders. Very bad drive thru service.
They're always out of something they advertise. Management is not well trained at all. And there is literally like one person who speaks English and it's the manager. I always have some type of problem when I stop by this location (drive-thru, and pickup counter). Wasted time and money that the BK APP refused to refund even though it isn't my fault they don't have the things I ordered.

My bestie helped me kick off my birthday week celebration by buying me a triple whopper and onion rings. And of course we wore our burger king crowns! It has been a very long time since I had Burger King and the food was pretty good. Not something I want to eat on a regular basis but for an occasional fun treat it is good. I saw alot of negative reviews for this particular store but we had a nice time just hanging out eating our burgers and sharing fries. The workers were perfectly kind and gave me my order in a timely manner. It's Burger King so set your expectations realistically and just have a good time chilling. Life is too short to let missing ketchup packets ruin your day or mood. And also, please be kind to all service workers. There is no reason to be rude.

I didn't get a chance to have a bad experience with the food I went through the drive thru and they told me they were not accepting drive thru orders unless they had already been made online and that everybody had to come into the store or order online.... yet he was talking to me through the drive thru megaphone like we're communicating just fine, so it's just weird.. Judging by other reviews, I don't feel like I missed out..
