This was our first dinner at Jula's. It did not disappoint. We both had the fixed price restaurant- week special, branzini and mushroom risotto. Both dishes presented well and retained the appropriate temperature and were nicely seasoned. NB: While the risotto pleased my taste buds, there seemed to be a bit too much oil as evidenced by the bottom of the empty dish. Our servers were the highlight: attentive, funny, energetic, and accommodating. The reception desk received us with a warm welcome as well. We will return.

Jula's on the Potomac is a waterfront showstopper with delicious food. Sometimes places with a plethora of ambiance are lacking in the taste and attentiveness atmosphere. Friends were celebrating 30 years of friendship! We lucked up with Restaurant Week and a prix-fixe ensemble that was delicious. My table mates ordered from the brunch menu. To a person, we shamelessly cleaned our plates. Every was beautifully presented and full of flavor. While my ensemble came with a dessert, and the waiter brought four plates and spoons, my dessert was not shareable size, although delicious and beautiful. As I advised the restaurant in advance of the raison d'etre for our gathering, as we checked in, he appeared to be the only person aware of the gathering's significance and made small talk about our marquee year. My only suggestion would have been to offer us a palate cleansing sorbet or ice cream (or both) in a separate dish with a candle brought to our table along with my 3rd course cheesecake (as it was too small for four — and it was a special occasion). Overall, the ambience, flavors and attentiveness make this restaurant a must-do experience. It is beautifully turned out with delicious food!

So glad we had a booth for the 6 of us. We could hear each other talk/laugh. Libations perfect. Parker rolls smelled and tasted delicious. Entrée that all enjoyed. River view! Friendly waitstaff. Thanks so much!

I think I've been to Jula's 3 times in the last 3 months, and I've never been disappointed. I love the food, the service, the ambience and even the location. I live in Maryland. The restaurant is right across the bridge. So, I don't have to drive far for a delicious meal while taking in the view. I'm glad my girlfriend introduced me to Jula's.

This was our second visit to the restaurant. Services was incredible and we are plan to bring other friends. This is a great keep secret in the DMV, but not for long.

Our 66th anniversary dinner celebration was terrific and our waiter was the best. The dinner was 2 hours which is too long though no fault of our waiter. He simply had too many tables. Management needs to correct the restaurant staffing. The food and our waiter were 5 star.

Jula's new chef is a winner. Diverse menu, new ideas, served beautifully, delicious to enjoy. View and decor are lovely; serene vibe. Service was good. Go early so you can avoid the sound of clanging candles while they begin closing procedures before your entree is served. Jula's could improve the atmosphere if they maintained their goal to impress throughout the evening (and business hours). Jula's presents with confidence for their location, style, and product ... slips when seemingly small misses add-up to undermined the overall experience. Fun drinks, yummy food...yet you walk away questioning "what was that?" for more than one reason. Open Table lists $30-50. I'm a repeat customer and my experience is $100-125 pp. for dinner (food and alcohol); $150 pp if a special occasion splurge. Lunch $30. Brunch $50 pp.

I had been hearing about the restaurant and how wonderful it was. It was better than I expected, and it will now be a regular place for me not only for brunch, but for any meal. I can't wait till the spring to be able to sit outside! I think everyone from the time we walked in the door until we time we walked out for their kindness and professionalism.

Great overall experience. I went with a group of 6. Ages 34 to 60 and everyone loved their food.

Great service, great food and the ambience was impeccable. The tiramisu espresso martini is a must try.

Service just gets worse and worse. Being short staffed and no management in sight until they came by to apologize for drinks taking 30+ mins.

It was a good experience. The food was better. I said I wouldn't go back but my food experience wasn't bad. My friends liked theirs as well.

Last minute decision for brunch. They had a table and wow. Was awesome start to finish. Wished I would've dressed up more we were out shopping. Truly is fine dining and will go back. Tip top

The food was great however the only concerned I had was how long it took them to take my order other than that everything was beautiful
