Sooooo great!!!!! Has only improved since we had to move. New setup is incredible and drinks have surpassed the original menus leaps and bounds! GO HERE!
Sets the bar by which we measure all cocktails. Never disappointed, each menu always multiple amazing options. I can count on my hands the number of times i have got a cocktail someplace else and NOT been totally disappointed in comparison.
Ambience is brilliant, lively but not too loyd. Brilliant date night. Service is always wonderful and light bites are incredible.
Brussel sprouts are the best around and the pork belly is beyond amazing.

The co-owner Brandon, makes one of the most creative, thoughtful, delicious cocktails menu in the U.S. Of particular speciality is the seasonal menus and the cocktail classes. The best date night spot in the DMV. Book a reservation!

Reservation at the bar for two at 545pm. Was busy but not overly crowded. Our bartenders Jaguar and Drew were absolutely amazing. They expertly led us through the menu and gave us some wonderful suggestions, all of which were delicious. We shared the deviled eggs and hamburger. The deviled eggs were good, albeit a bit ‘safe’ and could be jazzed up a bit with some togarashi or spicy papaya slaw. The burger was very juicy, we got the aioli on the side, didn’t need it. The burger could have used a crunchy element, but overall it was tasty. We will be returning again soon!

We were here after their renovation. I personally like the small and personal experience. When they turned big, they have changed the customer service. The place was empty and sent us to corner. I think a lot of great drink options.
Some bars serve drinks and some are an experience. Captain Gregory's is definitely an experience. It has a fun speakeasy style entrance (don't want to give it away). Unique island/tropical decor and super stylish accents/glassware/details. We loved the drinks! Our bartender Jag did a wonderful job of making us feel comfortable on our 1st visit and made some guided us through the menu. We will definitely return.
