I had a terrible experience at this location. The staff seemed unhappy to serve customers, and the service was extremely poor. The portions they give are so small it feels like you’re getting almost nothing. While ordering two bowls, the person serving skipped the last part of the sauce I requested. When I pointed it out, they only added it to the first bowl. When I asked for additional sauce, they added it to the second bowl without even checking if I had finished with the first one. The entire experience felt rushed and careless. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. If you love Cava, avoid this location—you won’t be treated as well as at other locations.

Food was interesting and mostly ok. Most of the business seemed to be take out. Pretty good selection to choose from and there was a lot of traffic around evening rush hour for take out. Ambiance and decor were very simple and very basic. Nothing elaborate.
Just order online. They don't ask how you want the dressing so they just ruined my order by drenching it in sauce.

Decent Cava bowls and average service. The location was clean and airy, still quite busy even in the late evening hours. I appreciated that they still had fresh-looking protein options available, even an hour before closing. This was my second time ordering the honey chicken, and it had a bit more of a kick compared to my first visit. The bowl was solid and generously served. However, the service felt impersonal, as the staff didn’t seem genuinely happy to be serving us and appeared to wish they were elsewhere.
