Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Good food but service could use improvement, mainly service times and workers not acknowledging customers. I get they have work to do but standing at the counter for minutes and minutes to answer a simple question is rather annoying.

After placing an order in person, some huge annoying woman waddles up and asks all these questions about ordering and whatnot. An employee goes over and curates her experience. Somehow then she walks out with her two bags while I'm still waiting for two steaks and some wings.

I have ordered online and picked up before with no incident. Will probably update this review over time.

I went in to order a steak & cheese with NO VEGGIES aside from lettuce. I even told the cashier twice before paying to make sure the only vegetables in the sandwich was lettuce. However when I got home my sandwich had every vegetable known to man kind. These people do not pay any attention to what they were doing. I was the only customer in the store. On top of that I called in the store and the manager made it seem like I was incompetent and was in the wrong. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE TO ENJOY A STEAK AND CHEESE.

Nice service they were really nice people and the lobby is was clean and the taste of the food was really nice and also the cashier was really nice and I will love to go back

The food was pretty good, got a Philly cheesesteak combo with fries and a drink. The employees smiled but seemed slightly disinterested in helping. The weirdest thing was they had a remote for the soda machine to turn it on (and off?). I had to tell the employees multiple times the soda machine was off. The last time I told them, the girl with the remote looked at me like I was lying or stupid (I assume because she pressed the button the first time I told them but didn’t make sure it was working). I went for a refill later and the machine was off again. I didn’t feel like going through the rigamarole of asking for it to be turned on again so I finished my meal and left.

This is the second time I’ve been here, and they don’t have hot sauce or salt. We asked if we could buy extra mayonnaise and jalapeños, but they said they don’t sell extras. However, in other locations, they have everything available. It’s unfortunate we couldn’t fully enjoy the food.”

I dropped $60 here for steak subs, cheese fries, and a shake for a family of four. The steak was crispy and over cooked and the buns were dry and didn’t seem fresh. The fries were undercooked with hardly any cheese. Great strawberry shake though. It’s the only thing I’d buy again here.

Chicken was good because it
didn’t have trimmings. I got the California which was good. There was something wrong with their contactless payments so that was frustrating but they were nice.
