I've came here about 10 diffrent times and EVERYTIME I've come in it's been EXCELLENT SERVICES & WARM PERFECT ???FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE from BOTH the Cashier & Cooks. Friendly service/faces & perfect food and clean dinning in.

public bathrooms should not be locked to customers, it kind of sets the tone for the kind of restaurant environment you're in, also the steak on the Philly cheesesteaks was very underwhelmingly seasoned, the service was fine.

Yesterday I went to this restaurant and the staff of this store were very friendly they helped me choose the best❤️❤️❤️ to be a fast food restaurant it was very good it’s the best Charleys I’ve met at the DMV❤️

I’m waiting for the GM Sam to refund my money because I asked for a refund after the worker Jose’ yelled at me for asking why my food was late and cold. He assumed I was a delivery person but I am not!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they didn’t have on gloves! WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!

Ok, so it was a little pricey. Regular sized (9 inch) bacon cheese steak. Regular combo came with a standard size fry and drink. 19 bucks including a 10 percent tip. Took a little while, but I tell you, when they brought my sub out, it was probably the most visually appealing sandwich I've ever bought. It looked even better than the advertising picture. In retrospect, I should have took a pic myself to share, but I was hungry, so, you know. And it tasted nearly as good as it looked. The bread was awesome and the toppings were just thick enough that some fell off on the tray with every bite. And I think they actually fry their bacon unlike Subway, it was crispy. The fries were pretty basic, but they have Cajun style, which I didn't see when I ordered but I'd imagine they'd be pretty good. And the staff were pretty good. They were cutting up with each other, not enough to be obnoxious or unprofessional, but it seemed they were having fun. In conclusion, if youre the kind of person who doesn't flip out over spending 20 bucks for a sandwich, I say go for it.

Vegetarian options: They'd probably give you a sub with just vegetables, but it's not their thing, only a few vegetable options.

The staff is great! I ordered on the website for delivery. A Doordarsher picked it up and never delivered the food. I don't know what happened. It was a mess. I was coming off a long day or work... and so on... I call them a gentleman who I'm assuming might gave been the manager answered I explained the situation was just trying to see if they had a number for door dash.He tried to help me and told me tk call door dash then them and gave me a #. And door dash was useless. Saying the merchant wasn't picking up and it was not their problem.I called the store again they pick up. And a young lady helped me.To be honest they offered for me to come pick up a new order and I honestly they could have turned me away but they resolved the issue.Moving forward I'll do pick up with them directly. Instead of delivery. Cauee door dash sucks....
