will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TERRIBLE ‼️ Charlie's in an effort to save money no longer uses the red seasoning salt (per Countryside mall inside location). They are now only using generic salt and pepper, which takes away the original Phillies cheesesteak that we have all grown to love and enjoy. Prices have been raised and yet quality and taste have gone down. To further prove they no longer care about offering good service, when you call their corporate office number you get voicemail upon voicemail upon voicemail. No one EVER picks up‼️ I can no longer recommend this place nor will I ever be going again. They have lost a 20 year customer that has been going to Charlie's on a monthly basis. TERRIBLE 💔🤮😢

Visited the North Versailles location. Staff was pleasant, store was very clean, and our order was ready by the time we got our drinks. The food was delicious. Thank you.

This place is a fraud. I ordered on their app back in February. Went to pick up at store and it was closing. Why would you still accept online orders if you are closing ??? Corporate knows about this situation yet they still have not refunded my money and now do not even answer my emails back and now we are in May. Why would I support a company who treats their customers that way. Piss poor customer service.
Ate at the Aurora, CO location in Southlands on the 23rd of April. Half way through my sandwich I bit into something hard. It was a piece of sky blue plastic that appears to have been chopped up into my chicken Philly meat. Has numbers on it. Tried to reach out to corporate, was given an auto reply message to give them three business days to respond. Today is 5/4/25 and I have heard absolutely NOTHING back.
Terrible customer service and not so friendly staff.

I ordered food with the app, I PAID for it and I showed up to get it and the location claimed they didn’t have my order yet my money was taken. They didn’t care one bit about it and when I emailed customer service multiple times since JANUARY nothing was done so they took my money but no good or service provided. Theives. I have been calling customer support since December 1st Beverly refuses to do the right thing she lies tells me she’s going to have the store call me and never did then when I call back she lies and says she going to have customer support call me back never do then lies and say I never called after I gave her proof and find out it’s the same rep. I was talking to the whole time now a month later she wants to order ID number even though I ordered through the app and there is tracking and I gave her my credit card information to show that I purchased the date and time terrible
they let racist people own there franchise, and then when you get sick with covid she tells you to just lie and come in anyways this racist lady also when you have surgery says "other people deserve your hours more anyways" when literally all her good reviews are because of me.
