I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location and was underwhelmed. The food was mediocre—nothing special compared to other locations. The service was just average, not the usual friendly and efficient experience I’ve come to expect.
One major inconvenience is that they don’t accept anything over a $20 bill, which makes paying in cash frustrating. On top of that, the outside seating area was littered with trash, which didn’t create the clean, welcoming environment Chick-fil-A is known for.
Overall, this location was disappointing, and I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

I went to the pickup order at the outdoor window. The girl had an attitude and had me repeat the name three times when the bag was on the corner then proceeded to talk to other coworker in Spanish while looking directly at me and laughing. Finally she seemed to have found the bag while it was there the entire time with the exact name I was saying. As I was bringing the bag home it was over stuffed and the bottom of the bag gave out when I was carrying it in.

Loud and busy, cashier shortchanged me and gave me $0.06 when I asked him to round to the nearest dollar... Apparently he can't count to nine. Overall I think Chick-fil-A is one of the better fast food places but this location doesn't seem to be as well run as others

This location is always so unorganized and the employees do NOT possess the same CFA standard as other locations. They have gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions and they ignore you when you try to bring it to their attention so that they don't have to correct it. I only go here out of desperation because I love the food.
Decent drive through, but their fries are consistently disappointing compared to the Backlick location. And I’m making this review because the sun joy I received had black stuff settled in the drink. I come here multiple times a month and they’ve slowly become my least favorite chick fil a location

The main issue is with the service and atmosphere. For some reason when you dine in, they don’t give you numbers and trays. They just hand you the food in the same take-out packaging you get in the drive thru. So this results in employees walking around the restaurant with food while calling out names. Very annoying.
There are also off-duty or on-break employees sitting at tables all over the restaurant on their cell phones. It comes off as very unprofessional and detracts from the dining experience, especially when a single employee is taking up table for four when I’m trying to find a place to sit with my wife and child.
An observation…the drive thru line is horribly designed. It impedes a large portion of the traffic trying to access the rest of the strip mall.

Always delicious and something you and the children will look forward to enjoying. There are so many tasty treats to pick from. My best girlfriend flew in from Spain with her two beautiful children. I asked where they wanted to eat lunch? Yes, CHICK-FIL-A.
