The service and operations at this location are chaotic. There is always something missing from my order. Providing your name does not seem to help or make the process go any smoother. When you get to the drive-thru window, you are asked multiple times either for your name or what you ordered. Cars further back in the line are given their order ahead of others in front of them which now means that everyone's order is off. There HAS to be a better way. Please figure it out...soon. There's nothing worse than waiting in a long line, getting to the front and your order is still not ready, being asked repeatedly what your order is, and then finally getting home only to discover that something is missing.

I use to like this chick fil a but it has gone down they gave me a old brownie I ask for a new fresh one the just warm up the same old brownie that I gave to them very disappointed and we are sitting in the dinner and they started turning off the lights while we are eating wont be coming back to this one

I placed an order for the wrong located they told me to call and that I would be able to cancel the order ! I called and spoke to nice lady then someone else came on the phone and said he couldn’t cancel that I had to come and picked it up told the gentleman to hold the order that I was going to pick it up! I got to the restaurant and my order wasn’t even ready I had to ask for the drink that came with the other because they had forgotten.

Atmosphere in this restaurant is very terrible. I have been to this location many times and not coming back again. Apparently there was some issue with the online order that I placed. It was the beverage that I do not even drink. The girl at the take out section was extremely rude, no greeting, no smiling just straight out poker face and very confrontational. The management should know not to put a person with that behavior upfront. I told the girl at the take out section this drink was not what I ordered. She just said it says it is and rolled her eyes like she is already tired of me. Okay if you don’t want provide a service that are being paid to do then I am not paying a dime for this. The food is not even that tasty here and customer service is the worst at this location. Then there was another guy who did not how to refund my money for the drink, he called for a manager and she came over in a mood that is like she is just waiting for me to leave. No wonder why the employees are not properly trained and rude here at this location. It starts with the top. Please AVOID this place. It is not worth it. These people don’t care. They are only benefiting off of the good name of the brand “Chick-Fil-A” and they are actively putting dents in the brand reputation. The manager’s name is Gaby and I think the corporate needs to take note of it. It is not only me that is not satisfied with the services. There are many other people who left their feed back in reviews here on Google. Stop hiring argumentative confrontational eye-rolling teenagers.

I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location and was underwhelmed. The food was mediocre—nothing special compared to other locations. The service was just average, not the usual friendly and efficient experience I’ve come to expect.

One major inconvenience is that they don’t accept anything over a $20 bill, which makes paying in cash frustrating. On top of that, the outside seating area was littered with trash, which didn’t create the clean, welcoming environment Chick-fil-A is known for.

Overall, this location was disappointing, and I wouldn’t go out of my way to return.
