I came here with my girlfriends for dinner and was greeted by the sweetest girl, I believe her name was Maniya (sorry if I butchered it). She gave us some many laughs and handled the front like a pro and the food was amazing. DEFINITELY coming again!

To start off, want to give recognition to our waitress who was very attentive, missed her name but was wearing glasses and look like had Latino background. But unfortunately the start was not great. A female with read hair was very intrusive with her mean looks the minute we walked in and didn’t even bother to ask us or lead us to a table. It genuinely made my experience bitter but again our waitress was great and pros to her for making it better with a smile on her face. This was 12/7 at 9:10-9:50

I enjoy going to Chili’s with my family because the food is consistently good, and the wait staff is always friendly. However, the service tends to be slow—both when getting seated initially and throughout the meal—and attentiveness could be improved.
On my most recent visit with my family and parents, our bill had multiple errors, including overcharges (items charged separately instead of as a combination). The visit before that, we were mistakenly charged for items another table had ordered. While the staff has always resolved these issues, it still requires us to wait around for corrections, which can be frustrating.

I had a really disappointing experience with our server, Ayana. From the moment we were seated, it was clear she had little interest in our table. She was incredibly slow to acknowledge us and barely checked in the entire time. It honestly felt like we were invisible.
What made it worse was that she spent the majority of our visit chatting with the table right in front of us, giving them all her attention while completely ignoring us. We waited far too long for everything drinks, food, even just to place our order. There was no effort to make us feel welcome or cared for.
I understand that restaurants get busy, but basic courtesy and attention shouldn’t be optional. Ayana’s lack of professionalism really impacted our experience, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend sitting in her section based on this visit.

The place it’s self might be good but don’t go if your looking for a job they give false hope said they want to move forward and hire you and have you waiting around for the paperwork just for them to not communicate anything say u need experience for what 2.50 an hour very unprofessional

My bartender was incredibly attentive, ensuring that I was well taken care of and that my food and drinks were good. The only downside was that my mozzarella sticks didn’t have that perfect crunch like you see in social media posts. Lol!
Wasn’t seating at 10:20 despite 6+ open table. We only wanted drinks/dessert … Should probably work on staffing better on a friday night…

IDK why this place is making a come back. Tables are sticky food makes you constipated it's over priced smells like cheap cleaner products food comes out decently warm ... But the Nashville hot Motorola sticks has me to chokehold an I get them once a week .. so 3.6 stars out of 5 wish this place was cleaner
