Chili’s has definitely fallen off quality-wise over the years. Burgers, etc… aren’t nearly as good as I remember them being.

The margaritas were awesome! My only issue was the table was so wobbly.We tried putting napkins under it and it was still ridiculous... It was also very loud, there's nothing separating tables and the booths So there's no privacy or way to quell the loudness.

I would give zero stars if I could. We requested a booth but were told none were available, even though several just needed to be bused. We were seated at a bar-top table and waited about 15 minutes without being acknowledged by a server. Meanwhile, another table was seated after us and received service right away. We also noticed several servers goofing off near the kiosk, putting cups on their heads instead of helping guests. We ended up leaving without being served.

Even with all the new food options in the area, Chili’s is my go to for great service, friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. Staff is great and the energy in this place is inviting. 2 thumbs up!
Great service and atmosphere! Had a great time here and everything came out very timely. The food was a little mid — but the vibes, waiter, and atmosphere made up for it. This would be a great place to get some appetizers and drinks with friends! Terry was great! Highly recommend him as a waiter.

Enjoyed the burger on the 3 for Me menu. The dip trio was larger than expected - guac and queso both very tasty. The burger was better than I expected! Moist and tasty. Great deal. As other reviewers have mentioned, Terry is the best.
