I like chipotle and I’ve had it many times. But when I came into this location, there was no price or detail details on the tacos and the person behind the counter cannot understand me. Ended up walking out without ordering.

the food serving sizes were almost nothing compared to other Chipotles, they count the food that they are giving you, wouldn’t recommend going here as the two hispanic employees really don’t know how to serve. Worst 30 dollars i’ve spent on food and then they charged me for a wrong bowl, like I said the two guys checking out were no good:

Worst Chipotle ever!! The manager screaming with the employee because I asked for a cup of water and he gave it to me. Told him to not give water cups. The serving was barely anything, like coming out of their check. The skimpiest burrito I ever had. Don’t go to this location!

The portions are not generous especially for guac. Also, it is very pricey compared to other chipotles(which is understandable due to the location). But please increase the portions!

I went to this Chipotle on November 27th and paid almost $38 dollars for 2 meals with small portions, I WOULD NOT recommend this location. After returning home and opening the bowls ordered I was extremely underwealmed and I was left thinking, "How did I pay $38 for 2 meals the size and weight of this?". After asking for extra toppings, I was left asking for extra meat. What I paid for did not match what I have received at other Chipotles.
I tried to contact Chipotle Support as well since I was not satisfied with the taste and quality of the food. All the chain had to offer me was a "Buy one get one free" offer that expires in a month. Again, I felt underwealmed and as a long time Chipotle customer once again screwed. Previously I have received a free bowl or refund, but why in the world would I want to return to a Chipotle and give more money to even use my reward?
I have not visted a Chipotle since and do not want to after how the customer support has been with mediating my complaint. There is a sweetgreen, Starbucks and other chains in the area where you can pay a reasonable price and get better value for your money.
As Chipotles go, this is a good one. Clean and fast.
