It April 6th I went in there at 9pm to get two bowls all the meats/proteins were pretty much empty and dried out I asked for the chicken and the pulled pork with extra pull pork. And asked if they had anymore in the back the lady just looked at me like I’m stupid I knew she understood me because I repeated my self twice second time I said it louder than the first but she began to scrape the container to gather what’s left of the pulled pork (which was noticeably dried) and I asked for the Peppers and onions and she barely gave me a pinch of it. when I got to the cashier still trying to stay polite and asked if they can give me pulled pork from a new container because it’s all dried out and she barely gave me any at all. she (the once who served me) checks in the back puts it in a little container and they charged me extra (didn’t notice until I left) . I really do dislike bad customer service. Chipotle usually has good quality service so this definitely caught me off guard. (Photo is with the extra dried pulled pork that was served to me)

Terrible service, ordered from the app and the doordash driver didn't drop off my order AND they wouldn't remake it to have it redelivered. I already complained to Doordash because their driver just didn't seem to care, but remaking an order to be redelivered is not that difficult.

The Food is good as it is supposed to be for those who know chipotle. I just think staff could be a little more polite cause I went there for a pickup, I was the only person inside of the restaurant and their were all laughing and speaking in Spanish as they were talking about me I guess? Just felt a little
This used to be the best Chipotle in the area. Unfortunately, over the past couple months, the food has been nearly inedible because of the excessive amount of salt. I went with a few coworkers last week and we were all shocked at how salty everything was. PLEASE use less salt!

I’ll come in here quite often because I don’t work far but today the guy named Ali was very rude he was rushing me. He was rolling his eyes while I was trying to place my order as if I was being an inconvenience of figuring out what I wanted to eat.!!!! I explained to him that I have never received this type of customer service as often as a frequent this restaurant but as of today, I will not be back
