Twice, a month apart, I have gotten a veggie bowl that has had multiple pieces of meat in it. As a vegetarian, that is incredibly frustrating and could be very harmful for someone with religious dietary restrictions or allergies

Very very poor packing.
Ordered a pickup.
I was not aware the contents were leaking out of the bag. After 5 mins of walking all contents fell on the pathway. Had to take home what was intact.
Very disappointed.

To Employees: Please don't work in the service sector if you don't care about the customers.

Thought it was me, but I see from all the negative reviews, I'm not only one that feel this way about this location. This place was filty! Garbage cans running over. The area where they prepared my food was not clean, food droppings, instead of cleaning area often. Food was nasty when I got home! And no smiles from employees, just sloppily preparing your food. If you don't like your job, move on, but in the meantime act like you know I, the customer, pay you! One visit to this dump was enough for me!

You’d think I would have dumped their app after their lax security standards allowed someone to order several meals delivered to a NYC apartment several states away from my location.

But the icing on the cake was their recent refusal to refund a drink I only realized wasn’t in my take out until after my food arrived home. Best they would do for me was a drink coupon that expires in a month.

My repeated requests for the charge to simply be refunded was met with a condescending message reading “Unfortunately we can't compensate every time an order isn't perfectly surprising.”

Who the hell are they to give me this attitude over a drink they didn’t give me?

Had to repeat order like five times, got tiny portions, burrito was rolled worse than a toddler would. Stale chips too. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Bad … bad ! They rush you as if we were at the end of time. they just throw the products in the bowl and taking advantage of putting the minimum amount of food. Since McDonalds bought it, it's not the same anymore.
It is no longer pleasant as it was in the past, people do not look happy in their positions and are very rude for the same reason, now the cleanliness is bad food spread everywhere.

Pay $10 they were out of steak and just putting it on the grill. They were out of Barbacoa, they had to go to a different section to get vegetables and they had such an attitude about walking across the kitchen to get vegetables and then they threw the guacamole on my bowl. Seemed very nice managed, and everybody was extremely unhappy. I am so sad for everyone who works there

I am not pleased with how the employees treat everyone like they just want us to hurry up and get out😭they rushed my moms order and tried to close it and send it off without her even finishing what she was saying. they didn’t seem to care either that we has a family member with an allergy to tomato and just continued to rush us.

I thought it was just me but after. Reading the other comments it confirmed what my experience at this restaurant. What's the point of leaving a review corporate doesn't seem to care you're still making money so that's all that matters. Apparently no one speaks good english in that place...
