Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could put 0 stars I would. Literally one of the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I walked in and the workers gave each other these looks like they are annoyed that me and a few others walked in when there was still over an hour left before closing. They were already closing down the tables and saying they are out of all these things with an attitude. Who is the manager here and why have they not done anything about this with all these terrible reviews ?!

Today at about 9:02 PM, and group of youngsters smoked near the rest room. I just suffocated to enter restroom. Not good smaking in such places. See your camera for action.

The staff here was atrocious. My Husband had the worst experience here due to your staff not wanting to work. Only Alexis was working. We had to ask his name to make sure he got his recognition for his hard work and attentiveness. Every other staff was unbothered to work. I'm so disappointed in these reviews being correct.

The food was what should be expected for a Chipotle. Most of the employees did not speak any English, so special requests will most likely will not be fulfilled. The bathrooms were not clean and there was no soap in the dispenser.

I wish I could put less than one star. I went into the chipotle and ordered three soft tacos everything was fine. They put everything in the bag when I got into my car and opened my tacos. There was an entire, a whole fly, crawling out my taco. I couldn’t believe my eyes because I was already eating one of the tacos and a fat fly came crawling out the other taco that was sitting here I was baffled, behooved, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go back to this location, but the chips were good.

The employees here have the foulest attitude. This location needs some serious customer service training. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. They make you feel like YOU are an inconvenience to them. I remembered why I never get food from here even though I’m local. It’s been months since my last visit, nothing has changed.

I live walking distance to this chipotle and I kid you not I drive 15 mins further away to a different chipotle when I want it. The service is atrocious. They're rude and crass. The food is always lesser than most Chipotle's I've been to. Complained to corporate about a really rude encounter we had with staff and they gave us a free soda hahaha. Do yourself a favor and go to any other place

They constantly have a line for pickup orders, but the cashier and the girl packing never help the staff working the main line. It’s frustrating to see customers asking for help while they barely look up, making no eye contact with customers or their online order partner. There were five people waiting in total, and they didn’t make any effort to speed up the service.

It blows my mind how bad this chipotle is. It’s straight up dirty inside, tables and chairs always have food on them. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor being there 😭 the increasingly high prices are not matching up with the decrease in quality. All of the other food places in this strip are clean and friendly, even the McDonald’s down the street has friendlier and more helpful employees. Very confused how chipotle has let this branch operate like this for so long

I don't usually complain about restaurants, but today my experience with rice and chicken was not cooked. It was raw compared to the price. It's very expensive. Tell those who work there to smile at the customers. This is the first time and the last time I'll visit Chipotel.

By so far the worst chipotle I have EVER been to. The staff here are always so rude and act like they would rather be anywhere else, and the portions??? Isn’t even enough when it comes to giving the right amount of meat. Even if someone were to come pick up a mobile order they’ll see you and ignore you and go on with whatever conversation they were having. Don’t recommend coming here at all..

I don't typically complain about places just for the sake of it, but my experience today was frustrating enough to bring it up. I visited with a friend, and we both ordered the same meal—a chicken quesadilla with sides. Not only is the food already overpriced, but the portioning was beyond disappointing. My friend got her order first and everything was fine with hers, but when I received mine, the chicken was missing from the quesadilla. The moment I sat down to eat, I noticed that most of the chicken was just scattered on the tray, not inside the quesadilla like it should’ve been. It seemed like the quesadilla had just been quickly reheated.I went to let the manager know and showed her and instead of offering a solution or understanding, she immediately got defensive. She claimed, “All quesadillas get cut in half, so the chicken always falls out.” There are witnesses that can testify to those exact words being the first thing she said. I pointed out that my friend’s order didn’t have that issue, but she just turned away from me and instructed them to remake mine. Having worked in food service myself, I understand things happen, but I always try to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. The manager’s attitude was rude and dismissive, and I feel that how she represents this company could definitely be improved. Not only was my experience disappointing, but her behavior really gave a bad impression of the business.

This is the worst chipotle ever. Every time I come here the employees ignore you and have attitude. They always look miserable and like they don’t want to be there. Makes you want to leave all the time.

Unfortunately, this Chipotle is very inconsistent. This is my home Chipotle and I frequent here often. The main flavor that seems to be missing from the food is the lime. The cilantro lime rice is often bland as well as the guac often has no lime flavor at all. I am not sure if they get short on limes or what but it definitely affects the flavor of the food.
