This is the worst chipotle ever. Every time I come here the employees ignore you and have attitude. They always look miserable and like they don’t want to be there. Makes you want to leave all the time.

Unfortunately, this Chipotle is very inconsistent. This is my home Chipotle and I frequent here often. The main flavor that seems to be missing from the food is the lime. The cilantro lime rice is often bland as well as the guac often has no lime flavor at all. I am not sure if they get short on limes or what but it definitely affects the flavor of the food.

0 star I was there on Friday. 7/18/2025 FOR Gh pick up around 12.30pm the order was ready I can see it but the girl worked as a cashier refuse to help she said poeple work on pick up prepation only can help what a rude girl I waited 10 minutes when I asked the boy work on pick up to help he was rude too I have no idea what those poeple THINK
I walk in to music so loud I could not hear the staff, nor could they hear me. Ended up getting things I did not want out of frustration from the staff. Communication from the staff is horrible!! Turn the music down so you can be professional with your customers.
The staff was rude, no smiles, no welcome. I love Chipotle but every time the music is loud and I have staff with attitude.

I would recommend going to the chipotle in Bradley or Pentagon City if possible. The employees here are so rude and act like they would be rather be anywhere else than working there. I cannot tell you how many times I have walked in when there is no line and have stood at the front waiting for someone to come and take my order. Meanwhile, there are 10-15 workers and half of them are always sitting and eating. They overfill the bowl with rice and hardly put any protein in. Last time I will be going there!

This store is consistently dirty, and the staff are often rude and unprofessional. I’ve witnessed repeated instances of cross-contamination and poor hygiene practices, which raise serious health concerns. It’s clear that a complete overhaul of the team and management is urgently needed.

If you want the convenience and labor savings gained by not checking to see whether the person taking a delivery order is the correct person, you don't get to be surprised when folks occasionally just walk in and steal the delivery orders. The honorable thing to do in that situation, if one insists on having the work ethic and organizational ability of an infant, is buck up and remake the order when the right person comes calling.

I was overcharged for items I did not order or receive. When I tried calling the restaurant, the robo phone prompt said I would receive an email to request help and I received no email. When going to the website they offered me free queso instead of a refund (I was charged for queso even though I didn’t order it). This is not good practice as I am allergic to dairy and shouldn’t have to pay extra for something I didn’t receive.

Whoever was working the register today at 1pm was so rude. Every time I go in there and she’s on the register, she’s in a mood. I get it, I work customer service too. But there’s no reason that I should walk out of there thinking about how awful my experience was with her every time.
Did you add water to your queso? It’s watery and tastes like nothing. Come on, you mean to tell me your 68 Billion company is so broke they need to water down the ingredients? I’ve already seen employees cleaning the soda bar countertop with the same broom they used to clean the floor, and now you’re adding water to ingredients. Goodbye for life

Had to express several times what I wanted in my bowl. The young hispanic girl didn't even ask me what type of chicken I wanted she just assumed I wanted honey chicken and I said just chicken so she got a attitude and gave me a half a spoon of chicken and I told her to give me a little bit of fajitas and she poured it up so I had to tell her to take it out and then she would take all of it out these people are serving people and angry for no reason when they were paying for our food

Bad customer service. Had to ask multiple employees to assist me as I was standing there waiting on a pickup order. Two employees blatantly ignored me, one continuing to wipe the counter and the other helping herself to a drink at the soda fountain. I don’t think I’ve ever been to an establishment before where I was blatantly ignored when asking repeatedly for service for something I already paid for and was simply coming to pick up. I come here for convenience but will be happy when the location in Bradlee opens up so I don’t have to bother with this location anymore.
