Slow slow slow service. Everybody is in the back talking and not serving any customers. Placed an online order 15 mins before I got there and then waited 15 mins for order to be made.
Watched others get frustrated with the line ordering. All the workers are just in the back talking.

This Chipotle skimps every time on the meat if you want to get a good portion of meat go to Chipotle on king st.

There Tortilla chips at this location is always stale and it ruins my food every single time. I may have to start going out further cause I've never had to experience this with any other Chipotle.
It turns me off from eating because I feel like im eating old food smh. But the customer service is decent.

This place can't get an order right. Third order and third time completely wrong. Used the app, they sent the wrong order entirely to include food allergens we asked to exclude, tried to call, got sent to a chatbot, slow response for a refund. Still need food, and certainly not from here.

I came in around 9:15 pm and got crunchy tacos. The server at the line preparing my order only gave me one piece of chicken for one of my tacos. Than I asked could I please have more and she continued and only gave me one piece of chicken! Her customer service was poor and very rude. No smile on her face I felt very unwelcome. The gentlemen at the cashier was very nice tho and friendly. This is not the first time this happens and I believe it's the same lady.

Not usually the type to complain or write reviews, but this location is really pushing it.
Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. One time I literally got half a bowl. Another time, two items were just missing completely. And now, I ordered something with rice—and guess what? No fork. How am I supposed to eat this? Let me not forget to mention no napkins. Only in the bag was a box.

It’s not Chipotle as a whole—just this location. Sloppy, careless, and clearly not checking orders before handing them out. Do better.

Avoid this Chipotle at all costs. My experience here was an absolute disaster — rude, unprofessional, slow, and completely indifferent to customer service. I clearly and repeatedly said “No, not that one” when choosing my salsa, only to be ignored and handed the wrong one anyway. When I asked for the burrito to be remade — a completely reasonable request — I was met with blatant attitude, an insulting excuse for a second burrito (half the portion size), and a rushed, sloppy wrap job that fell apart. I didn’t even get to ask for all the toppings I wanted because I was made to feel like a burden just for expecting basic courtesy and competence.

This location showed zero respect for my time, my order, or me as a paying customer. If you value being treated decently, go literally anywhere else. I will never return — and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

I literally pay $30 to eat a cup of meat with some rice and veggies for 2 people. The people preparing the meals are stingy as hell. NOT ONLY IS THE SCOOPER SMALL BUT THE PORTIONS ARE HALF OF THAT! As a billion dollar corporation you need to properly feed the people that pay for the meals. Tired of it.
