Quality has significantly dropped at Chipotle but they continue to raise the price on mediocre food. On 11/5/25 at 7:50pm the Latinas at the food counter are kind, friendly and give big portions to White customers but don't come here being Black/Brown because then they have a bad attitude, barely give you any portions and the food has bones.

This was my 2nd and last time I eat at this chipotle. The first time I ordered a rice bowl double chicken and it was so salty. This was months ago so I figured I’d try again thinking maybe it was a off day. Paid over $15 for a rice bowl double chicken because I was starving after leaving the gym only to get home and be unable to eat the bowl because it’s so salty and spicy. I could tolerate the spice but the amount of salt is ridiculous. I’ve eaten at several chipotle and have never experienced this. I think the employees are bringing spices from home because that is NOT the default recipe. Do not eat her drive pass unless you want to have a stroke.

I understand workers are hard to find but you should invest in someone to supervise the young adults working. There was music being blasted from the kitchen , music blasting over the speaker. The young man behind the counter couldn't roll an overstuffed (his own doing) burrito and he left without saying a word and then came back with someone else to try to roll the burrito while he went on the next person.

Horrible Location. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was working the line 6/28/25 at 10pm. She had the worst attitude. Literally threw my ingredients in the bowl. My bowl is 10% rice and 70% corn. She completely disregarded everything I said. I asked for a tortilla on the side in the beginning. When she didn’t give it to me by the end, i asked again. the cashier had to ask her again for it and she practically threw it at him. Will not be back.

I had a horrible experience at this Chipotle on Wednesday night. I paid for my order and the payment went through on my end, but their system said it was declined. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the manager demanded I pay again. When I explained that the charge had already gone through for me (I even showed him the Apple Pay confirmation), he got aggressive, cursed at me, and threatened to trespass me if I came back. Completely unacceptable behavior!
