I ordered a chicken bowl they gave me half spoon chicken I demand to get the right amount they refused and I walked out to the next-door B7 I got a best chicken bowl so amazing don't waste your money at Chipotle so greedy.

Just came from chipotle and the moronic guy at the register doesn't have any customer service whatsoever unless your his kind smh. People like this brings down a business and makes the experience unappealing which ruins this specific location overall. I won't eat at this location again since no understands the language or even willing to at least say Hello, thank you or have a good day

Yeah, this chipotle is grimy and not great. Pick another one, or go to a local Mexican spot!!
Worst chipotle ever. Workers have tons of attitude and can never get an order right. I’ve lived in this area over 2 yrs and I’ve never had my order be correct. I’ve had to drive back multiple times because they gave me the wrong order. If you don’t check your order prior to going home it’s a 90% chance something is wrong/missing from your order. They also don’t keep the work stations clean (i.e. sour cream in the mild/hot sauce) because they refuse to wipe anything down. 0/10 would never recommend

I went to pick-up and gave them a screenshot of my confirmation#. I believe I spoke to a Hispanic female (Name Melissa). Female told me immediately that someone already picked up the order. I stated impossible I am only one picking up my order. She in a condescending and demeaning attitude stated someone gave her the name on the order and picked it up. I again replied in a calm manner I am the only one picking up the order. She then stated that there is nothing else she can do to assist me and anything else is not her problem. I immediately asked to speak to the manager and she told me they do not come in at 2pm. I had to wait in the store trying for almost 5 minutes to find the chipotle customer service #. Then female stated she found the order but in the intern I overhead her saying "puto". I Again asked for the manager and she stated manager was not there. Because I was on my lunch break I could not further escalate this situation in the store. This was thee most "Horrific" experience I have ever experience in Chipotle and will NEVER go back to the 4531 Location Again.

Ordered a salad. Received tacos. Made numerous efforts via the phone, chat, and web site to get the problem fixed. No one would help. UNACCEPTABLE. WILL NOT EVER USE CHIPOTLE AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SEEN TO DATE.
