Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was so salty to be almost inedible — Particularly the pinto beans and guacamole. My meal was warm and portions were good (bowl filled to the top). The staff were nice to me, contrary to some reviews here. Particularly the man preparing the online orders.

Absolutely ruined my order – Chipotle has lost their minds with this “new” chicken.

I’ve been eating Chipotle for a decade, and their adobo-marinated pollo asado chicken used to be perfect: smoky, lightly spicy, with that signature citrus-chili flavor. Now? It tastes like they’re just dusting the same chicken with whatever leftover carne asada seasoning they have in the back. Straight-up beef rub on chicken. What the hell?

The chicken now has this overwhelming cumin-garlic-black-pepper punch that completely overpowers everything. No more brightness, no more heat from the chipotle peppers in adobo, just aggressive steak seasoning that makes every bite taste like budget tacos al pastor made by someone who’s never had tacos al pastor. The rice, the beans, the salsas—everything clashes now. My bowl tasted like a bad fusion experiment gone wrong.

Fix your chicken, Chipotle. This is embarrassing.

I visit this location quite regularly. The food is always fresh and tasty — no complaints there. However, I’ve often noticed that some of the women working behind the counter seem to amuse themselves by making fun of customers while they’re placing orders. Unfortunately, this time it was my turn.

One of the employees, with noticeable dirt on her face, appeared to be whispering a sarcastic comment to her coworker while glancing at me. Her colleague responded with a wide smirk, and her sideways glance from under her Chipotle cap made it very clear what was going on.

This is extremely disappointing. While management clearly works hard to bring customers in and keep them satisfied, experiences like this at the front counter do exactly the opposite. It’s unprofessional and off-putting. I’m giving this location one star and sincerely hope someone from Chipotle leadership takes notice and addresses this behavior with the staff involved.

absolutely terrible place. I went in to get a kids meal mind you I’ve gotten a kids meal at chipotle literally every single time I go for the past two years when I go to check out, she proceeds to tell me my order is going to be 9 dollars and 50 something cents mind you she said this in a very rude tone. I was like why is it $9.50 it’s only supposed to be around six dollars and she was like yeah but you got sides and proceeded to roll her eyes and I was like like what do you mean you’re allowed three sides with every entry/ meal And she was like no and I wasn’t about to sit there and argue with the lady and wish my breath so I was like OK don’t give me any size but according to your website you’re allowed three sides with every entry so this was new news to me. Also, the place stinks. You can definitely tell when you first walk in. This is going to be the most unsanitary chipotle ever visit in your life anyways don’t go to this location.

Horrible. Rice was not cooked and the food tasted rotten. I literally started to vomit after one bite. I will never eat here again. The people working should be all retrained to never serve food like that to any person ever. Just disgusted with this store.

RAW CHICKEN SERVED TO ME AT THIS CHIPOTLE! I ordered a bowl and asked for vinnegrette and the staff refused to give it to me and then on top of that while eating my bowl I found RAW CHICKEN which is literally still pink with white fat around it. I feel sick and might vomit. A LAWSUIT HAS TO BE COMMENCED!!! And not to forget how rude the employees are! I called and asked for a refund and they refused to give a refund, absolutlely stole my money and played me!

The best chipotle I’ve been to. I swear no other chipotles are as good as this one in terms of flavor and food quality. It hits different.

- food was ok at this location for my burrito but it seems like every location when you order chips they are so stale. Every location seems to have that problem with chips.

- staff were ok.

- service was decent.

- place was clean and organized.

- prices are normal for the area.

- plenty of parking in the area.

- overall an ok experience at this location.

Oversalted steak, unmixed guacamole, no spreading of the content in the burrito (leaving a corn salsa golfball and a cheese golfball side-by-side in one end of the burrito).
It's clear the staff here were focused on closing time (it was 10:08pm local time) than quality food.

Ridicolous meat portion. Not even a full scoop. Will not be returning.

I'm not sure what is going on with this location lately, I've ordered on separate occasions in the past 2 weeks -- the chicken and guacamole that have been so salty . Each time I had to throw away the food after taking 2 bites.

Came here to grab two kids meals. When we asked for rice AND beans were told the meals only come with one side. This was news to us, since we’ve gotten kids quesadilla meals at several Chipotle restaurants, and they always come with both rice and beans, plus a side of fruit. They also gave us meat we didn’t really want and have never been asked about before.

Checked the website when we got home and yep, we did not get the food we paid for at all.

Please, if you can avoid coming to this junk site, do so.
