Chipotle Mexican Grill

Overall 2, the music is loud as hell, the bathrooms are locked and I have to ask for a code to get in, the chicken tasted burnt and bowls here cost 3 more dollars than my usual chipotle spot in Clinton. Also one of the employees are snappy yet they have an unintelligible foreign accent so I had to ask her to reiterate what she said several times and get attitude.

I probably eat chipotle once every week. This has been something for several years now.

Let me tell you, how disappointing my trip was this time to Chipotle. You cannot tell me, it happens. If it’s happened to me, then I’m guessing it would have happened to several people out there at this exact location.

Food - it was extremely salty, I literally felt like I tasted salted in food, every bit I took felt like extra salty. Completely ruined my lunch. When you go on to their app, you’ll see just rate the order. You give them low rating. Usual message pops up, your feedback helps us improve our service.

It’s so hard to get to customer service, you have to jump several hoops in order to reach an agent. The chat with pepper never understands what’s the issue is.

I rather eat less to no salt than having extra salt in my food. This is ridiculous, by the way, my comment should help others understand how things are going down with Chipotle, not looking for compensation at all.

Improve your food taste, everyone loves Chipotle.

I almost never write reviews on google but today I’ve run out of patience. The bigger lady (didnt get her name) , she’s also the manager is always rude and disrespectful. I been to this location quite a few times and she’s never had a welcoming face. Specially, God forbid you ask for a lil more rice or beans , she be throwing tantrums like you are literally taking it out of her bowl. The other employees are actually awesome. It just sucks the woman who is supposed to lead by example is the worst one.

Dear tourists ~

This review is not branch-specific, its to the entire chipotle chain. Unfortunately until around 4 years ago, chipotle was actually decent, had the best guac probably, but Not anymore! Their guac is so commercial, mass produced plastic-like, over creamy and runny, lacks of rich ingredients, barely guac and some herbs.
Besides, everytime i eat there, literally everytime, i must get sick
Im addressing tourists because this is a very well-known american chain, therefore does not need any introduction from me.

I hate when they scoop maybe 4-6 pieces of chicken in my bowl so I asked can i get more chicken in my bowl then she goes your going to be charged extra for more….. hun its called i see your giving me a horrendous little scoop for absolutely no reason …. Do not go to this Chipotle fr… 😆

It’s chipotle. You should expect chipotle level stuff.

Was a little cold was across street at a location 1 min walk food should not be cold

This is quite possibly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. My “salad” had 5 pieces of lettuce, and I could count the chicken pieces on 2 hands.

I went here and got a chicken burrito. The burrito was being made great, going down the line until the end. Once it got to the tuck and roll burrito part, it looked like a badly wrapped christmas present. You could see the tortilla wasn't fully wrapped by the foil. I sat down inside to eat it, and it fell apart almost immediately.

The food was wonderful, even though I only get chicken and cheese, it is like wonderland. Also the service was very good.

The bilingual crew is friendly and very helpful

First time there it was delicious
