I went here and got a chicken burrito. The burrito was being made great, going down the line until the end. Once it got to the tuck and roll burrito part, it looked like a badly wrapped christmas present. You could see the tortilla wasn't fully wrapped by the foil. I sat down inside to eat it, and it fell apart almost immediately.
We love Chipotle, but this particular restaurant it’s messy: the crew is never eager to serve you, the tables are frequently dirty, and the wait is longer than other places.Also, please note that the online schedule and signs say it closes at 11pm, but we’ve seen they close even +45 minutes earlier.
The employees get 5 stars the customers get one star. The employees were working hard to fulfill online ordered and in person ordered and of course the customers were complaining about the wait time not taken into consideration how hard they were working.
