We love Chipotle, but this particular restaurant it’s messy: the crew is never eager to serve you, the tables are frequently dirty, and the wait is longer than other places.Also, please note that the online schedule and signs say it closes at 11pm, but we’ve seen they close even +45 minutes earlier.
The employees get 5 stars the customers get one star. The employees were working hard to fulfill online ordered and in person ordered and of course the customers were complaining about the wait time not taken into consideration how hard they were working.
Went to chipotle and order three meals only one meal prep on duty and she was so attentive and so quick and great customer service . Her name was Janett. Super happy with her service !!
