order for pick up around 5:45pm on Christmas eve they did not indicate they was closing early when got there they was closed.

have been trying contact them for 4 days to get my refund guy that answer phone always says his manager us not there that they will be the one having to process the refund.

Its good one year ago we ordered fried chicken its was not fried also too old chicken too much sauces

I ordered a nugget combo and they gave me the worst parts of the chicken and forgot my fries
The chicken looks flavorless and dry and I ordered the garlic soy.
I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this location at all
I heard amazing things from the restaurant but I am disappointed that I could not experience what those who recommended me experienced. 1/10

Choongman was my go to for Korean fried chicken when they were in Annandale…

The fries at this location were horrible.
Like they put all the burnt remnants together and gave it to me.
The chicken was ok, but for the price you’d think they’d make the effort to provide quality food.
The guy that gave me my take away was nice enough but was distracted doing 10 things at once…

Disappointed to say the least.

First time eating here. . Walked in wasn’t greeted immediately. Cashier Hamadi looks like he doesn’t want to be there and takes my order. I asked if the coleslaw was a side and could be substituted for another side he said yes. I asked for fries & rice. When my order is complete I open the box to check my food and only see rice with no fries. I ask him why there isn’t fries with my order and he said it’s cannot be substituted but I remind him that I clearly asked but his response was “sorry I wasn’t listening” I told him this was my first time here and I wasn’t aware of the policy and that’s why I asked while placing my order. Not a huge deal but I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.

I have come to this location several times and enjoy their food. The chicken is nicely cooked. They are always a hit when you need a decent lunch. Their Taro Bubble Tea is delicious as well.

The sauce, which is the garlic spicy and garlic soy, is really delicious. It goes so well on the chicken, and if you have some on your rice, it's really good on there as well!

Really good place to go and just relax, get lunch, and have a nice bubble tea. The location is really nice since it's in a convenient spot and the staff is really nice.

Parking: This location has plenty of parking in this lot.

I’ve been here a couple times late and they always close early at 10 when the hours on the door and online say 11. Today I ordered garlic spicy chicken and it has no sauce just fried. If I wanted fried chicken I would go to Popeyes. When I got to the store at 9:50 to pick up my order they were locking the door and they left my food hanging on the door handle outside.

We ordered 60 chicken wings from CM Alexandria to go. We drove 25 minutes home to find out they packed us 60 chicken tenders. We called and the staff said they would replace the order and give us a 60% discount on the food. We drove all the way back and they refused to give us a discount. Very very frustrating.

Food tasted ok, but left our stomachs unsettled for awhile afterward. They forgot to make our boba, but made it after we received our food order and said something. We got home and tried it...The boba was not the strawberry flavor we ordered, and was absolutely disgusting...

Food took wayyyyyyyyyy too long to be prepared. WOW

Chicken wings were over priced and very basic. The Thai tea was horrible. Tasted like watered down milk. Sweet potato fries tasted like they were frozen and then dumped in the deep fryer. Just nasty food.
