Great summer promotions, seems to be well kept, but a lot of time they are under staff. That is why I took away one star. I will try to update next year if they continue to do summer promotions I will return frequently as I have.

What happened to Chuck E Cheese!? Definitely not the same, feels dystopian. Way overpriced and everything is done to the bare minimum with screens everywhere playing nonsense. There are other better places unfortunately.

The worst branch and the worst staffs
I came to the U.S. for tourism and took my daughter to Chuck E. Cheese because she loves it and is used to it from our home country. She asked to play in the jump area alone, like she does back home, and I agreed, trusting the safety measures they have—like matching stamps for kids and parents. However, a staff member suddenly yelled at me in front of everyone, saying I was a bad mother for leaving her briefly. He even falsely claimed he called the police to protect my daughter from me. That was extremely offensive and unnecessary. If he truly cared, he could have spoken to me calmly and respectfully, not shouted and humiliated me in public.

Don’t subscribe!!!
My experience is shocking there is no way to cancel the subscription and the employees will ask you to subscribe with them but they will be angry when you ask them how to unsubscribe and they will not do anything for you .. also the customer care don't answer the call and if you send email they will make investigation and you have to provide documents to convince them to cancel it .. even if you asked them that you will pay full money to cancel it .. they will ignore you and there is no place to check with them … this is not Kids zone .. this bigger than business deals … from the survey you can see more specific personal questions
The membership makes the trip worth it, especially for those 8 and younger. However, their food is overpriced. I love the added trampoline section. *It's an additional $12.

Better than I remember when my kid was little. More expensive too but still affordable when budgeting.
We had 2 kids, 3 grown ups, games, large pizza and drinks approx $72.00.
Kids played a few hours, lots of fun. Clean facility, good customer service. Parking lot gets packed, Walmart next to Chucky Cheese.
