Better than I remember when my kid was little. More expensive too but still affordable when budgeting.
We had 2 kids, 3 grown ups, games, large pizza and drinks approx $72.00.
Kids played a few hours, lots of fun. Clean facility, good customer service. Parking lot gets packed, Walmart next to Chucky Cheese.
Chuck E. Cheese is always a hit with our summer camp! Every time we bring the kids here, they have an absolute blast. From the moment we walk in, the energy is high, the games are on point, and the smiles on their faces say it all. They run from game to game, racking up tickets and trying everything from skee-ball to the rides. Honestly, they never want to leave, and I can’t blame them!
What really makes this location stand out is the staff, especially the manager. They always go above and beyond to make sure our group is taken care of. Whether it’s helping us get settled, organizing the food and drinks, or checking in to make sure we have everything we need, their hospitality is unmatched. They really know how to handle large groups, which makes my job so much easier.
And let me tell you about the gift bags! When it’s time to go, the kids are always excited to see what’s inside. It’s like the perfect cherry on top of an already amazing day. Chuck E. Cheese has become a summer camp tradition for us, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. It’s the perfect spot for kids to have fun and make memories!
I haven't been to Chuck E cheese in like 20 years or something since one of my elementary school chums had a birthday party there. Stepping in was kind of a different experience. It might vary locational location but this was way brighter and more open, feeling more like a general arcade. If I remember correctly, this one didn't have any huge ball pit jungle gym systems. They were tons of video game cabinets and arcade attractions, commonplace to any other arcade.
Well at my age, I came to reminisce and get some pizza which I heard was still pretty good as that was one of the highlights of Chuck E cheese's menu way back. Eating it, was great. It's not going to win any awards but I definitely enjoyed it. Got the supreme in medium. What I didn't enjoy was how outrageously overpriced it was. I don't know what size a medium is supposed to be as the menu did not specify, but I also didn't ask. However it was smaller than I expected, especially for the price. Would I eat the pizza again? Gladly. Would I pay it for the pizza again? No.
The establishment itself was as expected, noisy and chaotic. More chaotic than I remember as a kid, perhaps I was there at a high volume time. There were kids running everywhere, bumping into people, and I was finding myself crowded with other adults. The people at this location didn't seem to have much respect in the way of personal space, even for a crowded establishment. I'll also comment that Chuck E cheese has gotten rid of the animatronics, but I won't ding this specific location because of that change. Everything seems more virtual only on screens which is disconnecting and disheartening.
If I did have a kid today, would I bring them here? Maybe as a treat, but probably not for a party unless they really wanted it. Also note all the other food seemed pretty overpriced.

it was fun for kids purchased for a party mega pack went in ticket bblaster the goggles were super dirty woke up with pinkeye and 2sick kids one ethiopian girl with braids told us we had to clean up the trays that were on the table when i believe its there job there were trays and leftovers on other tables with no people so i don't understand why we were told to clean up tried going to the salad bar with my togo box bc i already purchased an all u can eat salad an was met with a rude hispanic girl that quickly snatched the box out of my hand spilling the salad an said i couldn’t do that instead of explaining to me why she went with her other co workers in the corner laughing then when i asked why because i already purchased it she then said i dont know im just helping out my team the place itself is fun but the staff there are rude and act like they dont want to be there even my host left without saying anything i was going give her a tip for helping but she clearly didn’t want to be there either next time ill just host the party myself the staff needs improvement ASAPits not very welcoming

This is the 10th week that i am bringing my doughter, every time they sell a pair of socks by force, we have stocked 10 pairs till now. I just paid $40 for my doughter even she cannot play all games. this is a lot. As a customer i am not happy with the service and prices.
