My daughters and I will not be returning to this establishment ever. I have taken my daughters to Chuck E Cheese locations in multiple states and we’ve been to this particular location numerous times. We usually bring their play pass cards from home, but every now and then we forget them and just buy a new one at the front. Today we forgot our cards and opted to buy new ones at the front. We were the third in line. I watched the two families ahead of us purchase cards and meal deals with no issue. Each child received a plastic play pass card with the stretchy wristband that goes with It so that the kids don’t lose their cards while playing. When we purchased our cards, the employee told us that we would need to pay extra for the stretchy wristband to go with the play pass cards. I informed her that I’ve purchased multiple cards and I’ve never paid separately for the stretchy band. I also watched both families ahead of me receive the band with their cards automatically. She insisted that she’s always charged for the bands. While small in the grand scheme of things, It is enough that I no longer plan to spend my hard earned money here. And its really not the price that’s an issue it’s the principle.

Overall good experience. Multiple games are down each time we go. Employees seem to be attentive to the party groups but employees seem to spend a lot of time near the cashiers talking and don’t see much engagement

December 14, 2025 me and my family was celebration my niece 3rd Birthday, and the service was TERRIBLE! the manager Karla Hernandez didnt know english, so I had to wait for one of the works to translate my concerns about wanting another pizza that wasnt over cooked. Shes giving me attitude/upset because our pizza was burned and I asked for another pizza. Then before we could sing Happy Birthday to my niece the Power went out in the whole building. None of the stuff or management said anything to us about what was going on with the power. I went to talk to the other manager Carolino Ventura about some form of accommodation for the incovenience. She felt like we didnt need no more time, and she had nothing to offer us. The two managers begun speaking Spanish when we speak English? Lost of Words.....That you all feel as thou No Accommodations should have been given for a inconvenience as such.....

PSA. Online experience is poor. If you try to call, you'll get a call center with poor customer service after you go through a long message repeating everything thats online. If you're in person at the Alexandria store, you're in good hands. Stay away from the misleading offer to get $10 bonus gift cards when you buy $50 gift cards. This is a scheme to get you back the next month because the bonus isn't available until the following month. So, if you go occasionally, your bonus will expire in two months.

This Chuck E. Cheese is hands down the best! The customer service could use a little improvement, but overall my kids had a great time. The place was very clean, open, and the staff really kept an eye on things.
We used to go to the Annapolis location, but after it closed we decided to try this one and it was hands down the best decision! A little pricey, but totally worth it for how happy the kids were.
My grandson really enjoyed his first birthday party at Chuck E Cheese with the big boys. The service was good and very entertaining. Each of the kids had a great time.
