Manager “Carla” inappropriate, and unprofessional. Her approach to myself and my baby was unlike the other guest. She pestered me about the trampoline rules instead of being polite, and understanding my first time at this location she was very rude and out of order. Then standing in front of trampoline trying to “block” it until socks were purchased. She ruined my entire experience. Very nasty, needs a different position or no position.

This place is awesome I can't get enough of this place. This location is a family favorite, we've been coming here to this location since 2000 but it started at the Laurel location. I enjoyed myself then and now just watching the new generation of kids and grandkids having fun and eating good food.
Very expensive with long wait times. The staff don’t know what they are doing and some don’t understand English. Would love to see a diverse staff outside of all latinos.

??? Awesome!!!I went by myself. As an adult male, I don’t always know how I’ll be received at Chuck E. Cheese going alone, it can be pretty nerve racking, especially when it’s my first visit to a particular location. This one in Alexandria, Va, made me feel so welcome, and they were very kind to me! One employee played a game with me and talked to me about new games and new menu offerings geared toward adults. The pizza I had was great, and I really liked the chicken wings. I had a few beers and played for around 3 hours. While I was playing a game, two little girls and a little boy asked me to help them defeat a high score. I helped them win, and they asked their parents if I could join their party and have some cake. I was happy to join the family and eat some cake with them; they even included me in some family pictures, hahaha, and I got to dance a little with them and dance with one of the little girls!! I wasn’t treated weirdly at all here; it was quite the opposite! My phone died; they helped me call my Uber and said please come visit again soon, with or without little kids, because they said I count as a big kid. ❤️ I highly recommend it, and if you enjoy Chuck E Cheese, don’t be afraid to go alone; you will meet very nice people and have a great time!

The wait for the food was too long we couldn’t wait so we didn’t get any food.The staff were rolling a cart around selling cotton candy. Cotton candy tasted like sugar. Nothing else. The games were vast , little and big kids had fun.Chuck E came out so the kids met him which was exciting.
Took my 5 year old here and it was a spectacular experience for his birthday the family loved it awesome customer service clean great

I was there with my grandson it started of great. There was a disagreement of some sort, and an argument took place. I got nervous and rushed my grandson out of there to the car. I feel like we didn't get a full experience here. I always believe in safety first. Kids should always feel safe.
